Abstract (English): The study aimed to get to know the reality of the relationship between knowledge and application of the skills of effective teaching from the perspective of sport education teachers in the State of Kuwait. The researchers used the descriptive survey method. The population of the study consisted of physical education teachers in some provinces of the State of Kuwait. The study sample included (929) teachers of physical education in the State of Kuwait who have been chosen randomly.The researchers designed the study tool on effective teaching (classroom management, planning, activities and teaching aids, execution and presentation, evaluation). After arithmetic means and standard deviations were calculated the results showed that knowledge and application of physical education teachers in the State of Kuwait of the skills of effective teaching do not rise to the level of ambition from the standpoint of physical education teachers in the State of Kuwait. The results also showed the presence of an effective correlation between knowledge and application of effective teaching skills in Kuwait, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences in knowledge and application of effective teaching skills (classroom management, planning, activities and teaching aids, execution and presentation, evaluation). The study recommended to consider the results of the skills associated with effective teaching studies by the concerned authorities in the Ministry of Education to benefit from these results in school and university sport education, as well as rehabilitation and preparation of teachers of physical education. Lectures and seminars on the principles of effective teaching in physical education should be held to encourage the practice of those principles in order to ensure benefiting from them by teachers of physical education in the teaching process. Abstract (Arabic): هدفت الد ا رسة التعرف إلى واقع العلاقة بين المعرفة والتطبيق لمها ا رت التدريس الفعّال من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الرياضية في دولة الكويت، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الد ا رسة من معلمي التربية الرياضية في بعض محافظات دولة الكويت. اوشتملت عينة الد ا رسة على ) 929 ( معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي التربية الرياضية، وتمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وقام الباحث بتصميم أداة الد ا رسة حول التدريس الفعّ ال )الإدارة الصفية، التخطيط، الأنشطة والوسائل التعليمية، التنفيذ والعرض، التقييم(، وبعد حساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانح ا رفات المعيارية أظهرت النتائج أنّ معرفة معلمي التربية الرياضية في دولة الكويت وتطبيقهم لمها ا رت التدريس الفعّال لا ترتقي إلى المستوى الطموح من وجهة نظرهم، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية فاعلة بين المعرفة والتطبيق لمها ا رت التدريس الفعّ ال. وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المعرفة والتطبيق حول مها ا رت التدريس الفعّال )الإدارة الصفية، التخطيط، الأنشطة والوسائل التعليمية، التنفيذ والعرض، التقييم(، تبعاً لمتغي ا رت )الجنس، الخبرة، نوع المدرسة، نوع المستوى الأكاديمي. كما أوصت الد ا رسة بأخذ نتائج الد ا رسات المرتبطة بمها ا رت التدريس الفعّال من قبل الجهات الرسمية المعنية في وا زرة التعليم للاستفادة من نتائجها على مستوى الرياضة المدرسية والجامعية بقصد تأهيل وإعادة تأهيل وإعداد معلمي التربية الرياضية.
