Abstract (English): The study aimed to get to know the reality of the relationship between knowledge and application of the skills of effective teaching from the perspective of sport education teachers in the State of Kuwait. The researchers used the descriptive survey method. The population of the study consisted of physical education teachers in some provinces of the State of Kuwait. The study sample included (929) teachers of physical education in the State of Kuwait who have been chosen randomly.The researchers designed the study tool on effective teaching (classroom management, planning, activities and teaching aids, execution and presentation, evaluation). After arithmetic means and standard deviations were calculated the results showed that knowledge and application of physical education teachers in the State of Kuwait of the skills of effective teaching do not rise to the level of ambition from the standpoint of physical education teachers in the State of Kuwait. The results also showed the presence of an effective correlation between knowledge and application of effective teaching skills in Kuwait, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences in knowledge and application of effective teaching skills (classroom management, planning, activities and teaching aids, execution and presentation, evaluation). The study recommended to consider the results of the skills associated with effective teaching studies by the concerned authorities in the Ministry of Education to benefit from these results in school and university sport education, as well as rehabilitation and preparation of teachers of physical education. Lectures and seminars on the principles of effective teaching in physical education should be held to encourage the practice of those principles in order to ensure benefiting from them by teachers of physical education in the teaching process. Abstract (Arabic): هدفت الد ا رسة التعرف إلى واقع العلاقة بين المعرفة والتطبيق لمها ا رت التدريس الفعّال من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الرياضية في دولة الكويت، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الد ا رسة من معلمي التربية الرياضية في بعض محافظات دولة الكويت. اوشتملت عينة الد ا رسة على ) 929 ( معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي التربية الرياضية، وتمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وقام الباحث بتصميم أداة الد ا رسة حول التدريس الفعّ ال )الإدارة الصفية، التخطيط، الأنشطة والوسائل التعليمية، التنفيذ والعرض، التقييم(، وبعد حساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانح ا رفات المعيارية أظهرت النتائج أنّ معرفة معلمي التربية الرياضية في دولة الكويت وتطبيقهم لمها ا رت التدريس الفعّال لا ترتقي إلى المستوى الطموح من وجهة نظرهم، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية فاعلة بين المعرفة والتطبيق لمها ا رت التدريس الفعّ ال. وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المعرفة والتطبيق حول مها ا رت التدريس الفعّال )الإدارة الصفية، التخطيط، الأنشطة والوسائل التعليمية، التنفيذ والعرض، التقييم(، تبعاً لمتغي ا رت )الجنس، الخبرة، نوع المدرسة، نوع المستوى الأكاديمي. كما أوصت الد ا رسة بأخذ نتائج الد ا رسات المرتبطة بمها ا رت التدريس الفعّال من قبل الجهات الرسمية المعنية في وا زرة التعليم للاستفادة من نتائجها على مستوى الرياضة المدرسية والجامعية بقصد تأهيل وإعادة تأهيل وإعداد معلمي التربية الرياضية. Alternate Title: School Physical Education Obstacles Facing Principals and Teachers and their Impact on Students at Public Schools in Irbid Governorate: Suggested Solutions. (English)

Abstract (English): The purpose of the study was to identify obstacles related to school sports encountered by physical education teachers and principals and reflections on students attending public schools within Irbid Governorate and suggested solutions. A random sample (N=253; Principals=126, Teacher= 127) was selected from among school principals and physical education teachers within Education Directorates of Irbid Governorate. Population (N=1257) Principal= 684, Teacher= 573). To achieve the study goals, 54 questionnaire items was developed covering five domains. Having verified validity and reliability of the instrument, the researchers conducted face-to-face standardized interviews with school principals and physical education teachers (N=38) and Educational Directors and Physical Education Supervisors (N=6). The study concluded a higher obstacle degree on the five domains. Further, there were statistically significant differences among mean estimates by respondents within the experience group (10 years or more) regarding obstacles related to school sports faced by school principals and physical education teachers, Results also revealed a number of obstacles that have significant reflections on student behaviors. Abstract (Arabic): هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرّف معيقات الرياضة المدرسية، التي تواجه مديري المدارس ومعلمي التربية الرياضية وانعكاساتها على الطلبة في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمحافظة إربد والحلول المقترحة. وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية، تكونت من (253) فردا، منهم )126) مديرا ومديرة مدرسة، و(127) معلما ومعلمة تربية رياضية، من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ 1257 حسب إحصائيات مديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة إربد للعام الدراسي 2010/ 2013. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، طُورت أداة تمثلت باستبيانٍ مكوَّن من (54) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات، وتم أجراء مقابلات مع بعض مديري المدارس ومعلمي التربية الرياضية، وعددهم (38) فرداً، و(6) مقابلات مع ثلاثة مدراء تربية ومشرفين تربويين للتربية الرياضية ورئيس قسم الرياضة المدرسية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المجالات الخمسة حصلت على درجة معيق عالية، واحتل المرتبة الأولى "مجال المجتمع المحلي وأولياء الأمور" بمتوسط حسابي (4.21) وجاء "مجال الإمكانات المادية" في المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي (4.06)، وجاء "مجال الطالب" في المرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي (3.92)، ومجال "المعلم" في المرتبة الرابعة بمتوسط حسابي (3.60)، وجاء "المجال الإداري والفني" في المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.56)، وقد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لتقديرات أفراد العينة على جميع المجالات التي تواجه الرياضة المدرسية (3.82) وهو يقابل معيق بدرجة عالية. كما بينت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05 =a) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة على مجالات المعيقات التي تواجه الرياضة المدرسية عند جميع المجالات، تعزى لمتغير الخبرة في مجال العمل، باستثناء المجال الإداري والفني ومجال الطالب، وذلك لصالح ذوي الخبرة من (1-5) سنوات و(أكثر من 10 ) سنوات عند مجالي المقارنة، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك عدداً من المعيقات التي تواجه الرياضة المدرسية مما يترتب على ذلك انعكاساً على سلوك الطلبة. وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة مجموعة توصيات، منها: ضرورة تفعيل دور المجتمع المحلي ومؤسساته العامة والخاصة للقيام بدوره الفاعل تجاه المدرسة والرياضة المدرسية من خلال تشكيل لجان مجتمعية تشكل حلقة وصل بين المدرسة والمجتمع، والاهتمام بالدور القيادي لمدير المدرسة من خلال إشراكه في الفعاليات والنشاطات والندوات المتعلقة بالرياضة المدرسية؛ ليتسنى له متابعة وتقييم وتوجيه معلم التربية الرياضية.
