Abstract (English): The research aimed to identify some of the personal characteristics of the researched rural Female Leaders, determine their practicing role in rural development in the research area, determine the degree of their dissemination of recommendations related to some studied areas of sustainable rural development, and the degree of their use of the studied communication methods and aids in their dissemination, and determine the nature of the relationship between them separately and their variables. The study was conducted in the New Valley Governorate on a sample of rural pioneer women who were surveyed, reaching 52 respondents, or 86.67% of their total in the research area. /2022, has been used Some statistical methods in analyzing them include frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, weighted arithmetic mean, weighted mean, and Pearson's simple correlation coefficient. The female pioneers surveyed with a percentage of (80.8%) were the degree of their total dissemination of recommendations related to some fields of sustainable rural development studied, between medium and high. It was found that the environmental field and the health field fall in the high category according to the degree of publication with an average of (2.61) and (2.44) degrees, respectively, as it became clear from the results that the respondents mentioned seven problems related to their role in publishing recommendations related to some areas of sustainable rural development studied in the research area. Abstract (Arabic): استهدف البحث التعرف على بعض الخصائص الشخصية للرائدات الريفيات المبحوثات، والوقوف على دورهن الممارس فى التنمية الريفية بمنطقة البحث، وتحديد درجة نشرهن للتوصيات المرتبطة ببعض مجالات التنمية الريفية المستدامة المدروسة، ودرجة إستخدامهن للطرق والمعينات الإتصالية المدروسة فى نشرها، وتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بينهما كل على حده ومتغيراتهن المستقلة المدروسة، والتعرف على أهم مشكلاتهن لأداء دورهن فى هذا المجال، وتم إجراء البحث بمحافظة الوادى الجديد على عينة من الرائدات الريفيات المبحوثات بلغن 52 مبحوثة بنسبة 86.67 % من شاملتهن 2022 ، وتم إستخدام بعض / 2021 حتى شهر 2 / بمنطقة البحث، وجمعت البيانات الميدانية بالمقابلة الشخصية بإستخدام إستمارة الإستبيان خلال شهر 12 الأساليب الإحصائية فى تحليلها منها التكرارات، والنسب المئوية، والمتوسط الحسابى، والإنحراف المعيارى، والمتوسط الحسابى الموزون المرجح، والمتوسط المرجح، ومعامل الإرتباط البسيط لبيرسون، وأوضحت النتائج أن المبحوثات قد ذكرن خمسة وأربعون عنصرًا يعكس الدور الممارس لهن بمنطقة البحث، كما تبين أن غالبية الرائدات المبحوثات بنسبة ) 80.8 %( كانت درجة نشرهن الكلية للتوصيات المرتبطة ببعض مجالات التنمية الريفية ،) المستدامة المدروسة بين المتوسطة والمرتفعة، وتبين أن المجال البيئى والمجال الصحى يقعان فى الفئة المرتفعة وفقًا لدرجة النشر بمتوسط ) 2.61 و) 2.44 ( درجة على الترتيب، كما اتضح من النتائج أن المبحوثات ذكرن عدد سبعة مشكلات ترتبط بدروهن فى نشر التوصيات المرتبطة ببعض مجالات التنمية الريفية المستدامة المدروسة بمنطقىة البحث.
