Abstract (English): The study aimed to reveal the contributions of Globalization and Informatics in the formation of values of young people from the point of View of students at Taibah University. The study used descriptive analytical method. The study was applied on a sample of (2000) students from undergraduate in the first semester of the academic year 2015/1436 AH, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisted of (30) items, within three areas: social, cultural, And economic, been confirmed validity and reliability. The results showed that contributions of Globalization and Informatics in the values of young people were a high degree, have reached a considerable degree in the cultural and economic spheres, and in the social sphere were moderately. The results also showed that students perceive that the contribution of Globalization and Informatics on the values of young people was more male students in all fields of study, and that the scientific disciplines students see more posts from students with humanitarian disciplines. The study recommended the necessity of socialization institutions in the light of globalization and information technology; such as the family, school, mosque, media methods of proper socialization. Abstract (Arabic): هدفت الد ا رسة إلى الكشف عن إسهامات العولمة والمعلوماتية في تشكيل قيم الشباب من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعة طيبة. استخدمت الد ا رسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وطُبقت الد ا رسة على عينة بلغت ( 2000 ) طالب وطالبة من مرحلة البكالوريوس 1436 ه، تكونت أداة الد ا رسة من ( 30 ) فقرة، ضمن ثلاثة مجالات، هي: / في الفصل الد ا رسي الأول من العام الد ا رسي 2015 الاجتماعي، والثقافي، والاقتصادي، وقد تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. توصلت الد ا رسة إلى أن اسهامات العولمة والمعلوماتية في تشكيل قيم الشباب، من وجهة نظر الطلبة، بشكل عام كانت بدرجة عالية، وقد بلغت درجة كبيرة في المجالين الثقافي والاقتصادي، أما في المجال الاجتماعي فكانت بدرجة متوسطة. كما بينت النتائج أن الطالبات يرين أن اسهامات العولمة والمعل وماتية على قيم الشباب كانت بصورة أكثر من الذكور وفي كل مجالات الد ا رسة، وأن طلبة التخصصات العلمية يرون الاسهامات بدرجة أكبر من الطلبة ذوي التخصصات الإنسانية. أوصت الد ا رسة بضرورة اهتمام مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في ظل العولمة والمعلوماتية؛ كالأسرة، والمدرسة، والمسجد، ووسائل الأعلام بالأساليب القويمة للتنشئة الاجتماعية المنبثقة من ثقافتنا العربية الاسلامية، وعمل مشروعات وحملات وأنشطة على مستوى الجامعة لتعزيز القيم لدى الشباب. Abstract (English): This study aimed to explore the degree of teachers and school administration of the upper elementary stage implementing their roles in facing the challenges of globalization, according to teachers' perspective. The study sample consisted of (673) teachers (males and females) in elementary schools at capital province. The methodology followed descriptive survey using a questionnaire to explore the degree of implementation those roles. Content validity and reliability of the questionnaire ensures. The results showed that the degree of teachers and school administration implementing their roles in facing the challenges of globalization came with a high level, The results also showed that there an impact to the variable of “school” in favor of the private schools. Abstract (Arabic): هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة معلمي وإدارة مدرسة المرحلة الأساسية العليا لأدوارهم في مواجهة تحديات العولمة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وشملت العينة (673) معلماً ومعلمة في مدارس الأساسية بمحافظة العاصمة. واتُبعت المنهجية الوصفية المسحية باستخدام الاستبانة للكشف عن درجة ممارسة تلك الأدوار، وتمتعت الاستبانة بدلالة صدق وثبات مقبولين. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة معلمي وإدارة المدرسة لأدوارهم في مواجهة تحديات العولمة كانت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر لمتغير المدرسة لصالح المدارس الخاصة، ووجود أثر لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح مؤهل ماجستير فأعلى في تقديرات المعلمين لدرجة ممارسة معلمي وإدارة مدرسة المرحلة الأساسية العليا لأدوارهم في مواجهة تحديات العولمة. Abstract (English): This research aims at introducing a mechanism to solve the problem of Arabizing technical terms. The indicators of the Arabic linguistic status signals a crisis-like situation to render the technical terms into Arabic. This goes synchronically with the unprecedented global environment, in which concepts are being generated, innovations are being introduced and terms are being formed. It is predictable that the crisis will enormously increase due to the effects of globalization and the pressure of its language. The study suggests an outline mechanism to address this problem by improving the linguistic methodology, adopting a computerized system based on database for terminology, employing the traditional term repertoire and controlling standardization since the standardization dimension controls the term structure and facilitates lexicography. This leads to improve and activate the idea of the Arabic terminology network to establish a link among those working in the field of terminology. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract (Arabic): هدف البحث إلى معالجة مشكلة تعريب المصطلحات، فمؤشرات الواقع اللغوي العربي تؤكد أن ثمة إشكالية في نقل المصطلحات العلمية إلى اللغة العربية، ومن المتوقع أن تزداد هذه الإشكالية حدة في ظل تداعيات العولمة وهيمنة لغتها. يتزامن ذلك مع واقع لغوي عالمي غير مسبوق؛ تتلاحق فيه المستجدات وتتوالد المفاهيم وتتقولب المصطلحات مما يتطلب إعادة النظر في طرق العمل التقليدية؛ فالطرق التقنية الحديثة، وفي مقدمتها أنظمة الحوسبة، من مقومات العمل المصطلحي، وهذا ما توصل إليه البحث؛ فقد كشفت نتائجه عن آلية - تشكل خطوطاً عريضة - لمعالجة هذه المشكلة تقوم على الارتقاء بأساليب البحث اللغوي باعتماد نظام حوسبة آلي يبنى على قاعدة بيانات مصطلحية، وتوظيف المصطلحات التراثية، وضبط المعيارية، فالبعد المعياري يضبط بنية المصطلحات ويدفعها نحو ولوج الساحة المعجمية، وصولاً إلى تطوير نظام شبكي للمصطلحات مما يقيم حلقة وصل دائمة بين العاملين في الحقل المصطلحي على امتداد الساحة العربية والدولية [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
