Abstract (English): The study aimed to define the concept of bullying and explain its causes, impact on individuals and society, illustrating ways of dealing with this phenomenon based on the teachings of the Prophetic tradition in Islam. The study problem lies in the prevalent practice of bullying conduct among individuals in Muslim societies. The descriptiveanalytical approach was employed for data collecting and analysis .The study revealed that bullying was a form of abuse, harm, and mockery directed frequently by a stronger individual or group against a weaker one. It was found that those who engage in bullying resorted to physical force to achieve their goals .It was concluded that religious and moral awareness absence among individuals, low self-esteem, family disintegration ،exposure to violence, and excessive teasing were among the key triggers and causes of bullying behavior among individuals. The Prophetic tradition provided an apt remedy for the phenomenon of bullying through the ethical, moral, and interpersonal development of individuals. Abstract (Arabic): هدفت الدراسة إلى التعريف بمفهوم التنمر وبيان أسبابه، وما يتركه من أثر في الفرد والمجتمع، وطرق علاج التنمّر وفق ما جاء في السنة النبويّة المطهرة، وتكمن المشكلة البحثية في انتشار ممارسة سلوك التنمر انتشارًا واسعًا بين الأفراد في المجتمعات المسلمة، وقد سلكت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال جمع المعلومات وتحليلها للوصول إلى النتائج المرجوة، والتي كان من أبرزها: يعدّ التنمر شكلًا من أشكال الإساءة والإيذاء والسخرية حيث يوجه إلى فرد أو مجموعة أضعف من قِبل فرد أو مجموعة أقوى بشكل متكرر. يلجأ الذين يمارسون التنمر إلى استخدام القوة البدينة للوصول إلى مبتغاهم. غياب الوعي الديني والأخلاقي لدى الأفراد، وعدم الثقة بالنفس، وتفكك الأسرة وتعرضها للعنف، والمزاح الكثير يعتبر من أبرز أسباب نشوء سلوك التنمر بين الأفراد. تضمنت السنّة النبوية العلاج الحقيقي لظاهرة التنمر من خلال بناء الإنسان أخلاقيًا وأدبيًا وتعامليًا. وقد أوصت الباحثة بتوجيه اهتمام الباحثين نحو دراسة السلوكيات التي يستخدمها الأشخاص التي تشير إلى مواقف التنمر.
