مستخلص: 321 steel powders were obtained by melt spraying from the ingot and plasma spraying of the wire, which were tested in additive technologies. Detailed structural studies of powders and additive samples were carried out, as well as measuring of mechanical properties. Comparison of steels samples manufactured from powders produced by various metallurgical methods were carried out. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

مستخلص: The solution of the diffusion equation for an aggressive hydrogen medium is considered, and the obtained solution is compared with the results of the classical theory, which does not take into account the aggressive effect of a corrosive medium. To solve the system of resolving differential equations, the method of finite differences was applied. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

مستخلص: The article deals with the creation of a dispenser for supplying pseudo-liquid fuel from the engines of a spacecraft for collecting space debris. The dispenser differs from the existing ones in that it has a pulsed fuel supply method and consists of 4 nozzles coming from a drum-ball mill. Taking into account the effect of the induced difference in resistance of materials, which varies with time, is an urgent task of modern mechanics, since the destruction of structural elements occurs under the combined action of a load and a medium, which is a complex of physicochemical processes that occur on the surface and in the volume of the structural elements under study. مستخلص: The paper proposes a variant of describing the propagation of speech signals under ideal conditions using the mathematical apparatus of Radon in the interests of their subsequent identification. The task of describing the propagation of speech signals has been formulated and it has been shown that the main goal of its solution is to develop a universal mathematical apparatus based on a generalized mathematical model of acoustic wave propagation, which is considered as a spherically symmetric function from the distance to the wave source, described by the Radon transform, which provides automation identification and increases the efficiency of the removal of speech information. The concept of ideal conditions for the propagation of speech signals is described, under which it is necessary to have a point omnidirectional sound source, the constancy of the parameters of acoustic receiving devices, a homogeneous unlimited environment limited only by a flat earth's surface and described by a mathematical model with the Radon transform, where the Fourier transform is understood as the corresponding equivalent norm. A variant of describing the propagation of speech signals under ideal conditions using the mathematical apparatus of Radon is proposed, which makes it possible to identify the received signals, in which all the properties and features of the emitted speech signals that determine their belonging to a fixed object of generation of these signals, propagating under ideal conditions for unlimited distances before registration receiving devices retain all these properties and features. The presence in the database and knowledge of mappings of these properties and features, accumulated and replenished during the execution of applied tasks for the removal of speech information, makes it possible to automate the identification of received signals and fixed objects of their generation. مستخلص: In this paper we propose two models of a bilayer FeBO3−PZT magnetoelectric composite with different types of the components bonding. The results of an experimental study of the domain wall's dynamics in iron borate (FeBO3) monocrystal plate induced by various elastic vibrations resonantly excited by the piezoelement are presented. Investigations are based on modulation of laser radiation reflected or passed through the crystal (Faraday effect). The frequency dependence of the linear ME voltage coefficient was measured for the bulk-type composite for the direct ME effect, its resonance character is observed. The dependencies of the domain wall's oscillation amplitude on bending oscillations amplitude in the electromechanical resonance were obtained for bending-type composite. During bending vibrations of the iron borate crystal, the effect of submagnetizing field on the dynamic behavior of the domain wall was also studied. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

مستخلص: In this work, CuAl9Mn2 + W100% composite was obtained using electron-beam additive technology. The macro and microstructure of the obtained composite material was investigated. It has been shown that tungsten does not dissolve in the α-Cu solid solution and is formed in the form of agglomerates. It is shown that hardness values increase from the top of the sample to the substrate with characteristic peaks of tungsten agglomerates. The mechanical properties of the printed CuAl9Mn2 alloy and CuAl9Mn2 + W100% composite material were compared. The anisotropy of mechanical properties has been revealed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

مستخلص: The paper shows the peculiarities of changes in the structure and properties in the composite material based on aluminum alloy 5056 during friction stir processing with the introduction of 1.5 vol.% pure copper powder. It has been revealed that with small additions of copper powder even starting from a small number of passes by the tool along the machining line a fairly uniform distribution of particles in the volume of the stir zone is achieved. The mechanical properties during machining with the 1st pass are reduced relative to the properties of the base metal. After the 3rd pass, the material properties are already at the level of the base metal properties. After the 4th pass, an increase in strength relative to the base metal is achieved. It is noteworthy that even after 4 passes along the machining line, small amounts of pure copper unreacted with the base metal remain in the structure of the stir zone. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

مستخلص: The paper presents the results of experimental work on the development of the technique for obtaining composite material on the basis of aluminum-manganese bronze CuAl9Mn2 with the introduction of 5-25% of the nickel alloy Udimet500 during printing. The results obtained testify to a high degree of applicability of the two-wire electron-beam printing technology to composites of the bronze-nickel system with different contents of strengthening phases. There were no defects in the form of cracks or delaminations in the samples. The defect-free structure was obtained by empirical selection of printing process parameters and geometry of wire input into the melt bath. Increasing the volume fraction of the input nickel alloy resulted in an increase of the tensile strength up to 700 MPa. Intermetallic NiAl and Ni3Al as well as M23C6 carbides formed in the structure in large amounts. Also particles with a complex structure of intermetallides and carbides were found. مستخلص: In the work samples of composite materials were obtained by two-wire printing by electron beam additive manufacturing. In the process of obtaining the samples the peculiarities of the composite structure and typical areas of localization of the intermetallic phases and solid solutions formation were determined. It has been revealed that the formation of continuous large intermetallic interlayers produces defects in the form of micro-and macroscopic sized cracks. According to X-ray diffraction analysis, the main intermetallics in the samples are Cu9Al4, Cu4Al and Cu3Al. Forming intermetallic phases of various types can be localized at the grain boundaries, form honeycomb structures and continuous layers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
