Abstract (English): The purpose of the study is to investigate the obstacles facing the application of virtual learning in Palestine Technical University/Khadouri as perceived by faculty members. To achieve the aims of the study the researcher adopted the survey descriptive approach; as the population of the study consisted of all faculty members in Palestine Technical University/Khadouri totaling (238) faculty members, and a simple random sample was selected totaling (96) faculty members, in order to administrate the tool the researcher reviewed the related literature and previous studies about virtual learning obstacles then developing a questionnaire of (29) items divided into three domains, then checked validity and reliability. The findings of the study were as follows: - The obstacles facing the application of virtual learning in Palestine Technical University/Khadouri were in a high degree in all domains of infrastructure of the university, obstacles of faculty members and students' obstacles. - There were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α<0.05) in the smaples' responses in all the obstacles facing the application of virtual learning in Palestine Technical University/Khadouri as perceived by faulty members attributed to gender, rank and experience. Based on the findings, the researcher recommended conducting training courses for faculty and students at Palestine Technical University on how to implement virtual education, and in order to change negative attitudes towards this type of education. Abstract (Arabic): هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق التعليم الافتراضي في جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري، البالغ عددهم (238) عضو هيئة تدريس، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة بلغ عددها (96) عضو هيئة تدريس، ولغايات تطبيق أداة الدراسة تم الرجوع إلى الأدب التبوي والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بمعوقات تطبيق التعليم الافتراضي، وتم بناء استبانة تكونت بصورتها النهائية بعد إجراءات الصدق والثبات من (29) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الآتي: - حصلت معوقات تطبيق التعليم الافتراضي في جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس على درجة تقدير كبيرة، على مجالات الدراسة: معوقات تتعلق بالبنية التحتية للجامعة ومعوقات تتعلق بأعضاء هيئة التدريس، ومعوقات تتعلق بالطلبة. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α<0.05) في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على جميع مجالات معوقات تطبيق التعليم الافتراضي في جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها حسب متغيرات الجنس، والرتبة العلمية، والخبرة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بعمل دورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة في جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري حول كيفية تطبيق التعليم الافتراضي، ومن أجل تغيير الاتجاهات السلبية نحو هذا النوع من التعليم. وتوفير قاعات متخصصة في التعليم الافتراضي، بحيث يتوفر فيها الأجهزة الحديثة وكافة المتطلبات.
