Abstract (English): Praise be to Allah who guided me to this (research) and I would not have been guided to this except by Allah, and blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad PBUH. This research, entitled “Good Deed between the Sunnah and Heresy,” explores heresy by explaining its nature, divisions, regulations, and the relevant sayings of the scholars and judging it. Then, the researcher compared it with the Prophet’s Sunnah by explaining the points of agreement and difference between both of them, pinpointing that there are actual and abandoned Sunnah, and we must practice it and never violate it; otherwise, we will fall into the prohibited, and thus, we violate the Sunnah of the Prophet PBUH. Next, I explained the approach of the Companions, followers and followers of the followers in practicing everything said by the Prophet, PBUH, and that their approach is based on the act of following, not the act of innovation; thus, it is the safest, the most knowledgeable and the wisest approach. Consequently, I explored some of the contemporary heresies spread in the Palestinian society, which many of the common people think that it is a kind of Sunni righteous work; I explained it and showed the way it is one of the heresies by addressing the biography of the Prophet, PBUH, in his worship and obedience, and by mentioning the sayings of the scholars from the righteous predecessors (Salaf) that prove such heresies. Next, I explored the approach of the righteous predecessors in warning against the heresies and the way to deal with the heresier and not to excommunicate him outrightly, except with certain conditions and regulations. Finally, I addressed the impact and results of heresies in general on the Islamic Law (Shariah) and on the heresier in particular. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract (Arabic): الحمد لله الذي هداني لهذا وما كنت ألهتدي لوال أن هداني الله، والصالة والسالم ىلع رسول الله محمد .. .أما بعد. فإن هذا البحث املوسوم ب "العمل الصالح بين السنة والبدعة" قد تناول فيه الباحث الحديث عن البدعة وذلك ببيان ماهيتها وأقسامها وضوابطها وأقوال العلماء فيها والحكم عليها، ثم تطرقت إلى مقارنتها بالسنة النبوية وذلك ببيان أوجه االتفاق واالختالف بينها وبين البدعة وبينت أن هناك من السنة الفعلية والتركية، ويجب علينا لزامًا اتباعها وعدم مخالفتها وإال وقعنا يف املحظور املنهي عنه وخالفنا سنة النبي  ،ومن ثم بينت منهج الصحابة والتابعين وأتباع التابعين يف اتباعهم لكل ما وردعن النبي  وأن منهجهم قائم ىلع االتباع ال االبتداع وهو املنهج األسلم واألعلم واألحكم، وبعد ذلك تطرقت إلى الحديث عن بعض البدع املعاصرة املنتشرة يف املجتمع الفلسطيني والتي يظن كثير من العوام أنها من قبيل العمل الصالح وفصلت فيها وبينت كيفية كونها بدعة من البدع وذلك ببيان سيرة النبي  يف عبادته وطاعته، وكذلك بذكر أقوال العلماء من السلف الصالح التي تدلل ىلع كونها بدعة من البدع، ومن ثم تحدثت عن منهج السلف الصالح يف التحذير من البدع وكيفية التعامل مع املبتدع وعدم تكفيرهم عيانًا إال بشروط وضوابط معينة ويف نهاية البحث تطرقت إلى بيان أثر ونتائج البدع بشكل عام ىلع الشريعة اإلسالمية، وىلع الفرد املبتدع بشكل خاص. Abstract (English): This research aims to collect prophetic traditions about the praised delay in the Sunnah, with an indication to the wisdom of that. The research includes an introduction, preface, and three sections, and a conclusion. The first section contained the delays in the worship, and the second section contained the delay in Invitation and Jihad, and the third section devoted to talk about delays in the field of justice and sanctions. The search results: Although the base is the initiative to good deeds in the beginning of its time, but the Sunnah contained the legality of delays in several areas, as a mercy for Islam nation, or for a great wisdom, or significant interest which is intended by Allah the great legislator. Abstract (English): The subject matter of this research revolves around the full compliance of the rightly guided Caliphs with the teaching and traditions of the Prophet, alias the Sunnah. The reason this topic is of a great significance is the fact the Sunnah, together with the Quran, provide the divine legal and legislative establishment from and upon which Islamic law is founded. The strict compliance of the Rightly Guided Caliphs with the Sunnah and that it is being admitted as a religious authority that Muslims refer to in all their affairs have confirmed its due authority, prominent status, and significance .The research highlights the significant role that the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs has played in establishing the Sunnah, the fundamental rules to transmit and verify it, and explicate the right methodology to understand and infer the statements of the Prophet, and explain the guidelines of using it as evidence. This document has clarified how the Sunnah was held by high esteem by the Rightly Guided Caliphs, and that it was their reference of authority for legalisation after the Quran, administrating the affairs of the Muslims. Abstract (Arabic): تناول البحث موضوعا هامّا تمثل بالتزام الخلفاء الراشدين السنة النبوية، التي تشكل مع القرآن الكريم المرجعية الشرعية والتشريعية للمسلمين في كل وقت وحين. والتزام الخلفاء الراشدين السنة، وجعلها المرجعية في واقع حياة المسلمين وفي الأحكام الشرعية، منح السنة المكانة اللائقة بها من حيث حجيتها ومكانتها وأهميتها. وبرز في البحث أهمية عهد الخلفاء الراشدين فيما يخص التَّعامل مع السنة وترسيخ القواعد اللازمة لنقلها والتثبت منها وبيان المنهج السديد في فهمها والاستدلال بها، والكشف عن ضوابط الاحتجاج بها. وبينت الدراسة مكانة السنّة النّبوية عند الخلفاء الراشدين، وأنها كانت مرجعيتهم بعد كتاب الله تعالى في التشريع. Abstract (English): This study dealt with an important modern subject, for its seriousness which regarding to the human safety in general and home safety in particular, and which is characterized as "Home safety in the light of the Prophetic sunnah". The study based on collecting, studying and analyzing prophetic attitudes then explained the mechanism of applying home safety in the prophetic sunnah. The study plan was organized in an introduction, three researches (chapters) and a conclusion. The first research dealt with the concept of "Home Safety" and its importance, the second research included the legal arrangements of home safety, and the third one included the preventive arrangements of home safety. The study recommended the necessity to expand the study of achieving human safety in the Prophetic sunnah and to concern about the topic of this study through the various media with focusing on stating the Prophetic sunnah.
