Abstract (English): The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the quality of performance of women in NGOs. The results showed that the quality of the performance of women in NGOs was determined by the study sample (Speed of service delivery, development and improvement of services provided, continuity in service delivery, service delivery method, cooperation with members of NGOs. Cooperation with citizens to meet their needs). She also showed professional proposals to increase the effectiveness of the quality of women's performance in NGOs. The results reached a suggested concept to increase the researcher used the descriptive method suitable for the social survey method using comprehensive questionnaire based on the questionnaire as a data collection tool. Data will be coded and analyzed statistically using SPSS.V. 21.0. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract (Arabic): هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فعالية جودة أداء المرأة في الجمعيات الأهلية. وذلك من وجهة نظا ر المرأة عضو مجلس الإدارة بالجمعيات الأهلية وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ) 43 ( سيدة بمدينة مكة المكرمة وأظهرت النتائج تحديد جودة أداء المرأة في الجمعيات الأهلية عن طريق )سرعة تقديم الخدمة، تطوير وتحسين الخدمات المقدمة، ا ا لستمرارية في تقديم الخدمة، أسلوب تقديم الخدمة، التعاون مع أعضاء الجمعيات الأهلية. التعاون مع المواطنين لتلبية احتياجاتهم(، كما أشارت النتائج إلى المعوقات التي تحد من جودة أداء المرأة في الجمعيات الأهلية. وأظهرت كذلك المقترحات المهنية لزيادة فعالية جودة أداء المرأة في الجمعيات الأهلية. وتوصلت النتائج إلى تصور مقترح لزيادة فعالية جودة أداء المرأة بالجمعيات الأهلية. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المتناسب مع أسلوب المسح ا ا لجتماعي بالحصر الشامل، المسنند على ا ا لستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، عبر كما سيتم ترميز البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا استخدام ا ،)SPSS.V. برنامج ) 21.0 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
