Abstract (Arabic): لام على رسول الله وعلى الحمد لله والصلاة والس آله وصحبه ومن والاه. وم)الاختيارات ذا ملخص بحثي الموس وبعد؛ فه الفقهية للإمام ابن شهاب العكبري – دراسة مقارنة( ة، ومن اء الحنابل ن الفقه هاب م ام ابن ش والإم يم طبقات الحنابلة طين، على تقس مرحلة المتوس ة ن، ومرحل طين ومتأخري إلى متقدم نيومتوس ار المذهب في بغداد طين هي مرحلة انتش المتوس والشام ومصر، وقد بحثت في بطون الكتب فوجدت للإمام خمس مسائل له اختياراته الخاصة وهي : 1 - حكم صلاة المكره على الكلام. 2 - حكم إعطاء الغني من الصدقة. 3 - حكم الشفعة فيما كان عوضه غير المال. 4 - وقت المطالبة بالشفعة. ت ي فتلف ت ع صب ة إذا أُودع م الوديع 5 - حك بتفريطه. ودرستها دراسة فقهية مقارنة مع المذاهب الأخرى، وبينت الرأي الراجح فيها. ه وصحبه د وعلى آل لى نبينا محم لى الله ع وص وسلم.
