Abstract (English): Change is required and is inevitable in times of crisis, but they try to resist this type of education with all their strength, and the rejection of the idea of change sometimes comes from fear and dread of the potential dangers that change may bring that leads people to a reality worse than their reality, which they are accustomed to in the past and present. And the reason may be the absence of the drive to develop and build on the stability they have built in their lives. Hence, we find that the idea of e-learning that began in our universities nearly ten years ago. Many teachers and students did not like it alike, and the number of those coming there decreased, but e-learning soon proved its usefulness in a short period of time, and the popularity of it increased significantly in the universities of the world and the universities of the Arab world, and its importance and usefulness, especially now, and the importance of this topic and for the above reasons The above mentioned, the researcher has written a paper entitled (the effect of the legal adaptation of e-learning in light of the Corona pandemic), the problem of the study, the presentation of ideas and their discussion in accordance with Iraqi laws, then the most important conclusions are a concluding conclusion of what the researcher has reached in the research. Abstract (Arabic): إ َّن التغيري مطلوب وأمر حتم يف زمن األزمات، بل حياولون مقاومة هذا النوع من التعليم بكل ما أوتوا من قوة، ويأيت الرفض لفكرة التغيري أحيانًا من اخلوف والرهبة ملا قد حيمله التغيري من خماطر حمتملة تقود اإلنسان إىل واقع أسوأ من واقعهم الذي تعّودوا عليه يف املايض واحلارض، وقد يكون السبب هو غياب الدافع نحو التطور والركون إىل االستقرار الذي ألفوه يف حياهتم ومن هنا نجد أن فكرة التعليم اإللكرتوين)Learning- E )التي بدأت يف جامعاتنا منذ ما يقارب العرش سنوات. ُ ق لكثري من املّدرسني والطلبة عىل حِّد سواء، وقّلت أعداد اُمل ملَتر قبلني، ولكن ما لبث التعليم اإللكرتوين أن أثبت جدواه خالل مدة وجيزة، فتزايد اإلقبال عليه بشكل ملحوظ يف جامعات العامل وجامعات الوطن العريب، وبانت أمهيته وجدواه وال سيام اآلن، وألمهية هذا املوضوع ولألسباب آنفة الذكر فإن الباحث قام بكتابة بحثة املوسوم) أثر التكييف القانوين للتعليم اإللكرتوين يف ظل جائحة كورونا(، وبيان اشكالية الدراسة، وطرح االفكار ومناقشتها وفق القوانني العراقية، ثم أهم االستنتاجات حصيلة استنتاجية ملا تو ّصل إليه الباحث يف البحث.
