Abstract (English): This study aims to investigate the adaptation of the academicians working in vocational schools of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University to the sudden transition to distance education due to Covid-19 pandemic. The phenomenological design, one of qualitative studies, was used to reveal the experiences of the academicians working in vocational schools in this study. Accordingly, the study group consists of ten assistant professors and ten instructors who work in vocational schools of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University. In conclusion, it was found that the adaptation of the academicians of vocational schools differed from each other. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract (Turkish): Bu çalışmanın amacı Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy Üniversitesi meslek yüksekokullarında görev yapan öğretim elemanlarının, Covid-19 küresel salgınının etkisiyle uzaktan eğitime ani geçiş sürecindeki uyumlarının incelenmesidir. Çalışmada öğretim elemanlarının deneyimlerini ortaya koymaya çalışan nitel yöntemlerinden fenomenoloji deseni kullanılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda çalışma grubunu Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy Üniversitesi meslek yüksekokullarında görev 10 öğretim üyesi ve 10 öğretim görevlisi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubundan elde edilen analizler sonucunda öğretim elemanlarının uyumlarının farklılık gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
