مستخلص: An underage person has a child with special needs, socio-psychological features. The author concluded that the terms of the criminal law and the rules of the law of criminal procedure for juveniles are not always respected. What is the possibility that a particular person has committed a minor offence, does not give rights to examine and apply different methods, not observing the law. To successfully investigate the criminal process in the criminal process, special attention should be paid to the personality of the minor.
