    الوصف: Introduction: Making good teams are the base of management in general. A multidisciplinary medical team (MDT) is a group of health and care staff who are members of different professions and organizations (e.g. GPs, social workers, nurses), that work together to make decisions regarding the treatment of individual patients and service users. MDTs are engaged in both health and care settings. Methods: In this paper, the authors present information and views from valid professional-scientific sources (papers, books, brochures) about the basic principles and development of teams for medical healthcare that contribute to the development of the implementation of new concepts in health management (MH) for and against teamwork in this areas. Topic: A successful team relies on a well-composed human resource. Each of the member of team added their knowledge and skills to the prescribing process, so that decisions about the best therapy option, for example choice of antibiotics and dosages were made based on more evidence from the medical literature than if they were made by just one person. Clinical pharmacologists will certainly be necessary participants in such teams, because their knowledge of pharmacokinetics, side effects and efficacy of the selected drug is required. For successful personnel management in a team that is able to handle all the challenges and obstacles that multidisciplinary teamwork brings, appropriate education and professional skills of the main manager are required. An example of MDT in a modern therapeutic approach is the collaboration between hospital pharmacology and hospital transfusion. Teamwork has its advantages and disadvantages that a good leader can use or overcome. Conclusion: Multidisciplinary health teams often have the problem of immeasurable investments in order to achieve satisfactory therapeutic results. The formation of multidisciplinary teams in healthcare is a mandatory type of work in a successful healthcare institution. In addition to continuous medical education, it is desirable to introduce education for work in all positions in the health team. The most important goal of MDT is the well-being of the patient, which requires high ethical and professional qualities of the staff.

    الوصف: In today's digitalized society, fashion is a phenomenon that affects all social subjects, consciously or unconsciously, as an informant of their cultural, social, economic, philosophical, spiritual, and even modern metaphysical changes and understandings. Clothing is one of the first and primary markers that provide information to the environment about an individual's national and class affiliation, wealth, and age, and over time information about the extent of the messages to be sent to others through color, the quality of the fabric, the decoration in the costume, the presence (or absence) of details - fashion elements that are as complex as the structure of society itself. Why is fashion used to achieve career (and even personal) influence and success? In contrast to the traditional capitalist fashion system, in which the elite (wealthy class) corresponded directly to the current fashion trends and consciously imposed them on the lower social classes, today's fashion can be identified as the individual's striving to assert his "self" and to be distinguished by its exterior, by the choice of clothes, through which he demonstrates a certain social position. At the same time, through it he expresses his individuality, one that defies the conformism of the upper classes, eager for rivalry imposed by the strong competition, which grows into a struggle for social superiority and continuous metamorphoses. From a psychological point of view, it hints at a person with increased aspirations and a strong desire for social acceptability in a certain social circle, gaining affection, friends, a desire for professional success and achieving established non-verbal communication and a strong (and above all verified) impression on others.

    الوصف: Project became an adequate solution for achieving different goals of a company, thus its successful realization is of great importance. On the other side, quality is a phenomenon wanted to be acquired in order to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability. Although these two fields of research were developing parallely, they rest on the same principles. The goal of this research was to determine the link between quality management and project management in companies on Serbian market, meaning the influence of quality management principles on project success and level of usage of quality management tools. The results of this empirical research suggest that the quality management principles of continuous process improvement, fact based management, leadership, continuous improvement of employee performance and customer satisfaction have a significant positive impact on project success, while simpler quality management tools are in use more than the more complex ones. Project success should not be measured solely on the old success criteria of time, cost and quality, yet more important criteria are alignment of the project's goals with the company's goals and the fulfillment of user requirements.

    الوصف: In the global competition in agriculture, countries must allocate considerable financial resources in order to create preconditions for the continuous development of agriculture. Bearing in mind the unfavorable competitive position, the low investment rating, insufficient foreign direct investments, the Republic of Serbia can see its development opportunity in the application of public-private partnership in agriculture. Cooperation models are conditioned by investor plans and regulations created by the state. The mutually significant and complex relationship between the private and public partner beside economic and legal aspects, also acquires significant social and political dimensions. That is why through public-private partnership operations, there is an opportunity to improve the operations of economic entities. The authors conducted a survey of business entities in the territory of Srem, analyzed a successful case and concluded that the mentioned partnership can lead to an improvement in the competitiveness of business entities in the field of agriculture.

    الوصف: The aim of this paper is to show that business entities that apply ethical principles in their business, gain a good reputation on the market and trust in the quality of their product. Thus, it is known that the business entity is responsible, which enables it to fulfill the basic goal of business, which is to make a profit. The subject of research in this paper is the impact of socially responsible business on the market position of business entities. The authors specifically investigated the application and impact of socially responsible business rules on the position of agricultural farms in the territory of the municipality of Ruma. The instruments used in this research are a survey of farm owners and other stakeholders, an extensive literate review and a method of comparative analysis. The results of the research show that compliance with the rules of business ethics, in the long term, brings more profit to the business entity, so compliance with those standards is becoming more and more universal. That is why agricultural producers follow the rules of socially responsible business. The authors concluded that the social responsibility of business entities is an ethical demand that society places on them, a correlation with two demands that they are already faced with: economic - gaining profit and legal.

    الوصف: This article presents the long-term study results on the golden eagle Aquila chrysaetos (Linnaeus, 1758) breeding population in the hilly and mountainous landscapes of western and southwestern Serbia, which were obtained during 11 consecutive re-productive seasons (2011-2021). Primarily, the study examines parameters such as population size, density, nesting ecology, and threats. Data on the mentioned parameters were collected during extensive fieldwork and analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. The summarised results bring valuable insights into hypotheses and questions concerning the golden eagle breeding ecology in western and southwestern Serbia. In addition, the presented research provides a solid starting point for further studies of the monitored population and the possibility of expanding monitoring to the neighbouring areas of the central Balkans.

    الوصف: In this research, we set out to examine whether the mentalizing capacity in adolescents is a statistically significant predictor of formal operational thought and school success. For the purpose of this research, we used the Mentalization Questionnaire (MQ), which consists of three subscales: Self-Related Mentalization, Other-Related Mentalization and Motivation to Mentalize and Bond's logical operations test (BLOT). The research involved 200 students from Technical High School in Pirot, 54,5% were boys, and the average age of the participants was 17 years. The research results of multiple regression analysis indicate the model in which mentalizing capacity represents a predictor of formal operational thought is statistically significant and accounts for 51% variance in this criterion variable (R2 = .51; F (3,196) = 67.67; p = .00). Self-Related Mentalization (b = .34; p = .00) and Motivation to Mentalize (b = .37; p = .00) turned out to be significant individual predictors. When it comes to predictors of school success the model that consists of mentalization capacity dimensions is statistically significant and accounts for 49% of the variance in this variable (R 2 = .49; F (3,196) = 61.92; p = .00). Other-Related Mentalization (b = .22; p = .02) and Motivation to Mentalize (b = .38; p = .00) indicate a significant predictive potential. We consider that inciting mentalization in educational work can significantly contribute to the development of formal operational thought.

    الوصف: In order for a man as a social being to achieve appropriate social development, it is necessary to know and understand the norms, rules and values of the community in which the individual lives. School life takes place in the interaction between students and teachers. Different forms of aggressive behavior are observed in the school environment. Today, as a protective factor against aggressive behavior, special importance is attached to social skills, however, one of the questions is how effective are the programs based on social skills in preventing maladaptive behaviors among young people? Therefore, the main problem of this research was to examine the relationship between social skills and aggressive behavior of young people, while the aim of the work was to investigate the predictive values of social skills for aggressiveness, and to determine differences in relation to gender and school success. The research was conducted on a convenience sample of 823 adolescents from the area of Tuzla Canton, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The results of the research indicated that it is important to develop social skills in order to make aggressive behavior prevention programs more effective.

    الوصف: The paper examines the influence of the key determinants of success in hotel industry in the Republic of Serbia. The research was conducted for the period from 2015 to 2020 on a sample of 23 hotels. The chosen length of the observation period covers a sufficient time interval to cover all heterogeneities in the structure of the observation units, as well as their changes over time, using the dynamic panel analysis model. The adequate sample size was determined by considering the size of the population, the desired level of confidence, and the value of the allowable sampling error. The results of the research have shown that determinants such as business success from the previous period, efficiency of use of total business assets, belonging to a hotel chain, size and increasing hotel concentration index have a positive impact on success in hotel industry. On the other hand, determinants such as hotel indebtedness, operating leverage and hotel age have a negative impact on business success. Determinants such as the quality of environmental protection management and socially responsible hotel business do not have a significant impact on success in hotel industry in the Republic of Serbia.

    الوصف: This research aimed to examine the relations between the Dark Tetrad traits (Machiavellianism, narcissism, psychopathy, and sadism) and the subjective indicators of career success (job and career satisfaction), considering their multidimensionality. The sample consisted of 227 employees (27% male) who completed the following instruments: the Serbian adaptations of the Job Satisfaction Survey, the Career Satisfaction Scale, the Mach-IV, the Narcissistic Admiration and Rivalry Questionnaire, the Levenson Self-Report Psychopathy Scale, and the Short Scale of Sadistic Impulses. A hierarchical regression analysis was applied, with the demographic characteristics (gender, level of education, work tenure) introduced in the first block of predictors to control for their effects, and the Dark Tetrad traits introduced in the second block, while the criteria included various aspects of job and career satisfaction. The results showed that Machiavellianism was the dominant negative predictor of the subjective indicators of career success, especially the nature of work and communication within the organization, while secondary psychopathy had a significant negative effect on communication satisfaction. Narcissistic admiration was related to the dissatisfaction with the working conditions and relationships with co-workers. Primary psychopathy, narcissistic rivalry, and sadism did not show a significant contribution to subjective career success, although they showed negative correlations with the satisfaction with co-workers.
