Abstract (English): This study comes under the title: (The Soloist's Prayer behind the Row: a study from the Hadiths of the Prophet and jurisprudence perspective). It aims to identify the legal rulings related to the solo prayer behind the row and the issues arising from it. The researcher followed the inductive, the comparative and the deductive method by following the hadiths under study and what the jurists wrote about it, then comparing their opinions and sayings; to derive the appropriate legal ruling which closest to the Prophet's guidance. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that if the worshiper finds a place in the row, and he prays alone; his prayers are not valid, and if he strives and does not find it, it is permissible for him to line up himself a lone and his prayers are valid. This is based on the principle (no duty with excuse, nor forbidden with necessity); because it is obligatory to pray with the congregation and in the row; if standing in the row is not possible, the other remains obligatory, which is the congregational prayer. Also, one of the results is that whoever does not find any gaps; he can pray behind the row alone; he should not pull anyone from the front row, and his prayer is valid for this is the correct act. This is due to the weakness of the hadiths mentioned in the pulling. In addition, pulling entails many warnings and evils, including: disturbing the pulled one and those next to him, and being preoccupied with them. It also includes a felony against the pulled one; moving him from the virtuous place to the preferred place. In conclusion, the study also reached to other results which are transmitted in the folds of the research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
