Abstract (English): This study aimed to identify the training needs of educational supervisors in lights of professional standards of educational supervisors. Researchers have used the descriptive survey methodology. A questionnaire was applied to collect data. The sample were)234(educational supervisors from the educational offices in Riyadh. The study shows that there is a high degree of agreement on the training needs of the educational supervisors in the light of the professional standards. The training needs in the field of leadership and supervision comes first and specially in (the foundations of leadership of change, and practices of supervisory methods). Secondly comes the training needs in the field of professional development in terms of (designing training programs and applying the skills of future foresight in planning training programs). Thirdly comes the needs in the field of supporting teaching and learning specially in (different thinking skills, and strategies of evaluation). Fourthly comes the training needs in improving programs, projects and curricula with main focus on (generalizing the applicable experiences and projects in the field, and the evaluation skills for existing projects). At last comes the training needs in the field of ethics and communication basically on (Group Management, and obtaining justice and objectivity in evaluation). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract (Arabic): هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية للمشررفات الببويرا ت في ضرو المعراي المهنية للمشرفين الببويين. ولتحقيق أهدافها تم استخدام المرنه الوصر ا المسرحا. ويطبيرق الاسرتبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات على عينة عددها) 234 (مشرفة يربوية من مكاير التعلريم في ارارراف الببرو بمدينة الرياض، وأس رت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائ ، أبرزها: أن هناك موافقرة بدرجرة عاليرة برين أفراد الدراسة على الاحتياجرات التدريبيرة للمشررفات الببويرات في ضرو المعراي المهنيرة للمشررفين الببويين، حيث يأيا الاحتياجات التدريبية في مجال القيادة وارارراف بالمريبرة الىولى وأبرزهرا)أسر قيادة التغي وعمليايه ومجالايه واسباييجيايه، الممارسرات العمليرة لاسرالي اراررافية وفرق الموقر التعليما(، يليها الاحتياجات التدريبية في مجال التطوير المهني)يصميم البرام التدريبية وفق الاتجاهرات الحديثة في مجال التدري الببو ، يوظي مهارات استشراف المسرتقب في اقرباا الربرام التدريبيرة(، وبالمريبة الثالثة يأيا الاحتياجات التدريبية في مجرال دعرم التعلريم والرتعلم)مهرارات الرت ك المختل رة ويوظي ها في يطوير عمليات التعليم والتعلم، أسر واسرباييجيات التقرويم ويوظي هرا في دعرم يعلرم الطلبة(، يليها الاحتياجرات التدريبيرة في مجرال سرين الربرام والمشراريع والم نراه)يعمريم التجرار والمشروعات القابلة للتطبيق في الميدان الببو ، مهارات يقويم التجار والمشرروعات المعمرول بهرا في المدارس(، وأخ اً يأيا الاحتياجات التدريبيرة بمجرال أخيقيرات المهنرة والايصرال كأقر الاحتياجرات التدريبية وأبرزها)مهارات إدارة فرق العم ، العدالة والموضوعية في التقويم وإصدار الىحكام(.
