مستخلص: Transformation in a university is absolute. Towards a better change in serving in the field of education for the community in order to create progress in Indonesian education that is balanced and in line with the times without leaving the Islamic identity of the university itself. By implementing a strategy to achieve the goal of becoming a World Class University for UIN Sunan Gunung Djati and an International Referral University for UIN Raden Intan Lampung. And one of these transformational changes is the development of Islamic economics which continues to thrive in society. So to deal with this, UIN presents an Islamic economics study program to produce human resources who have competence in this field. Providing a balanced lecture curriculum and creating graduates who have prospects in filling the field of sharia economics, sharia business practitioners, sharia finance practitioners, and halal industry practitioners.

مستخلص: The author aims to define sense as a source of argument in Islamic law. The author tries to remap the position of sense as a source of argument for Islamic economic studies. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method using a literature study with a literature review approach. The finding of this paper is that sense has an urgent position as a corelation medium between positive economics and normative verses. sense is the power of gathering knowledge in developing science. In history, the Mu'tazilah places hujjah al-aql in the first position of the source of evidence as the process of istinbath al-ahkam. Qur'an and Hadith as normative explanations of ilm dharury determined by sense. The development of Islamic economics is dynamic in order to deal with issues and problems that occur in society. In addition to the Qur'an, Sunnah and Ijma', sense has an urgent position in the development of Islamic economics, so that it is able to detect solutions to modern economic problems through the Qur'an and Sunnah texts.

مستخلص: Abstrak ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris yang berisikan isu-isu pokok penelitian, tujuan penelitian, This article will discuss efforts to resolve sharia economic disputes using the Sulh (peace) and Mediation approach to achieve justice. The type of research used is library research with a normative juridical approach that connects phenomina with the rule of law. In conventional business as well as in disputes, conflicts or disputes sometimes occur and cannot be avoided. Settlement of disputes in court takes a long time, costs a lot and the result is win-lose, causing a feeling of being unfair to one of the parties. For this reason, the method of Sulh (peace) and Mediation in resolving sharia economic disputes is the choice of sharia economic actors. Peace and Mediation can be developed using various models such as: negotiation and arbitration. This dispute resolution model is more acceptable to the community, because philosophically the values of sulh (peace) and Mediation (seeking joint solutions) that exist in Islamic law already exist intrinsically in the culture of Indonesian society which is more based on deliberation and harmony in social life.

مستخلص: The purpose of this study is to understand the concepts and implementation of Islamic education and Islamic economic management in Southeast Asia, where the object of this research is the management of Islamic education and Islamic economics in Indonesia and Malaysia. The research method uses the literature study method using a historical approach. By using these methods and approaches the concepts and implementation of Islamic education and Islamic economic management in Southeast Asia (in Indonesia and Malaysia) are expected to build a clear picture through various theories that have existed and developed previously. The results show that there are various similarities between the concepts and implementation of Islamic education management and Islamic economics in Indonesia and Malaysia, which are geographically close together so that they experience the same historical phases caused by the stages of the period of international civilization. Another thing that causes similarities is that the two countries are both in the development of sharia economics which continues to grow, although until now the development of the sharia economy in Malaysia, especially the banking industry has developed much more rapidly than in Indonesia.

مستخلص: Abstrak Ketidakstabilan ekonomi hari ini banyak di tenggarai akibat penggunaan fiat money. Diperlukan adanya sebuah sistem moneter yang ditopang oleh mata uang yang stabil dan tidak rentan terhadap inflasi. Penelitian sederhana ini akan mencoba melihat pengaruh penerapan mata uang emas (dinar) terhadap stabilitas ekonomi dan moneter di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan data time series mulai tahun 2003 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Menggunakan Teknik analisis Vector Error Corection Model (VECM) untuk bisa melihat guncangan yang terjadi dalam variable yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (PDB), namun variabel dinar justru berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Selain itu, dalam jangka panjang penerapan dinar memberikan dampak negative terhadap peningkatan inflasi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa Dinar Emas meruakan mata uang yang stabil dan menjadikan perekonomian lebih kuat. Kata Kunci : Dinar, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, VECM, Inflasi

مستخلص: This study aimed to explore how the actual concept of Islamic economics as a middle way that stands between a socialist economic system and the capitalist economic system, as well as whether the greatest challenge of Islamic economics. Type of the research is a qualitative research method, literature.The results obtained by the capitalist system and the socialist economic system have not able to realize prosperity and justice for both individuals as part of the state (socialist economic system) and the public at large or the workers (the capitalist economic system). So inevitably need for a breakthrough by developing the concept of an Islamic economic system msebagai middle way by combining two forms of the previous economic system, the capitalist economic system and the economic system of socialism. This unification effort is made to take the positive side and the dynamic of the two. Meanwhile, the great challenge of Islamic economics is faced with two things, namely poverty and ignorance.
