    مستخلص: The article aimed to identify the degree of secondary school teachers' use of modern education strategies from the point of view of teachers of Karak schools. The study used the analytical descriptive approach, the study sample was chosen randomly, it consisted of (465) male and female teachers. The study questionnaire was distributed to them during the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023. The study questionnaire contained three axes (the importance of modern education strategies, the use of modern education strategies, and the obstacles to the use of modern education strategies). After conducting the appropriate statistical analysis tests for this study, the study concluded that the awareness of secondary school teachers in Karak governorate schools of the importance of modern education strategies came to a high degree, while their application of these strategies was moderate; this is due to the presence of several obstacles that prevent this application. In light of the abovementioned findings, the study recommended the creation of an appropriate environment for the use of modern education strategies; due to it's active and important role in achieving educational goals, and holding training courses and educational workshops aimed at motivating teachers to use modern education strategies.     مستخلص: The article aimed to identify the degree of availability of the basic requirements for the use of electronic means of communication in the administrative work of the principals of private schools in the directorate of Education of Dhiban from the point of view of teachers and the difficulties of using them. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was designed for the purposes of the current study was distributed on a random sample consisted of (145) male and female teachers in private schools in Dhiban education directorate. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the general average of the use of private school principals in the Directorate of Dhiban for social media in their administrative work from the point of view of teachers was high, as the personal skills of the principal came in the first place, followed by the field of technical requirements for the availability of electronic means of communication, in the third and last place came the field of obstacles related to electronic communication. In light of the results reached, it was recommended to focus on studying the problems and obstacles in a systematic scientific study, which stand as an obstacle in terms of communication and electronic communication through the development of plans, programs and policies to activate the process of electronic communication between all educational institutions from government agencies according to a specific period of time and to include all geographical areas, and keep pace with recent developments in the use of means of communication.     مستخلص: The article aimed to identify the obstacles facing the use of blended education from the point of view of a sample of school teachers in Karak Governorate. To achieve this goal, the study used the descriptive analytical approach. The study sample consisted of (760) male and female teachers who were chosen randomly, the study questionnaire was distributed to them, which consisted of (32) items. After completing data analyzing by the SPSS program package, the results of the study indicated that the most prominent obstacles to the use of blended learning are the great time and effort needed from the teacher due to the large number of responsibilities he has, in addition to other obstacles related to the difficulty of evaluating students in the case of using blended education, the lack of appropriate and integrated infrastructure to achieve the goal of blended education. In the light of the results obtained, the study recommended the creation of an appropriate environment for blended education in the schools of Karak Governorate, and consideration of the possibilities of applying this type of learning and generalizing it around the Kingdom's schools; due to its contributions to the improvement and development of the educational process.     Abstract (English): The article aimed to identify the obstacles to employing virtual reality technology in the history subject for the second secondary grade in Jerash Governorate from the viewpoint of social study ،in addition to developing procedures to overcome the obstacles to employing virtual reality technology in the history subject for the second secondary grade in Jerash Governorate from the social study teachers' point of view. The researcher used the descriptive approach of the comprehensive survey، and the study tool was the questionnaire ،and the study population consisted of all social studies teachers in Jerash Governorate. The sample of study consisted of (105) male and female teachers. The most important results of the research were: the general average of the obstacles to employing virtual reality technology in history for the second grade of secondary school in Jerash Governorate from the point of view of social studies teachers came to a (high) degree ،and the results did not show that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level a<.05 for the obstacles to employing virtual reality technology due to the variables (gender ،number of years of experience ،educational qualification ،age). The researcher recommended the necessity of holding training courses for teachers ،students and their families to clarify the role of employing virtual reality technology in the educational process and providing a laboratory within each school for training on virtual reality techniques in teaching history.     Abstract (English): The study aimed to identify the extent to which the standards of quality assurance of higher education are applied in Jordan from the point of view of the faculty members. The study used the descriptive survey distributed at (67) members of the teaching staff in Jordanian universities, who were selected using a simple random sampling method, to achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (24) items. The results of the study showed that the degree of application of the standards of quality assurance of higher education in Jordan from the point of view of the faculty members came to a medium degree, Where the field of strategic planning ranked first, followed by the field of student services, then the field of quality assurance, and finally the field of graduate studies and scientific research, the results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables of sex, years of service, academic degree, studies and scientific research that had been published, the study recommended that the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Authority should be keen to continue applying quality standards and improve them, and the need to focus on spreading awareness and culture about quality assurance standards within higher education institutions.     Alternate Title: The Reality of Smart E-learning Employment in Public Schools in Madaba Governorate from the Teachers' Perspectives. (English)

    Abstract (English): The study aimed to identify the reality of employing smart e-learning in public schools in Madaba school district from the teachers’ point of view. The study used the descriptive survey approach, and a questionnaire was developed and implemented to collect data. The questionnaire consisted of (48) items distributed into four dimensions (principal, teacher, student, and parent). The sample of the study included (320) male and female teachers. The results showed that the degree of smart elearning employment was high, as the order of dimensions came first, the student’s dimension came second, followed by the teacher dimension, then the manager’s dimension, and finally the guardian dimension. The study also found statistically significant differences (α =0.05) to the degree of smart e-learning employment in public schools in Madaba school district from the teachers’ viewpoint, attributed to the gender. In addition, no statistically significant differences (α =0.05) in the degree of employing smart e-learning in public schools in Madaba district from the teachers ’point of view due to academic qualification and years of experience).     Abstract (Arabic): هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع توظيف التعلم الإلكتروني الذكي في المدارس الحكومية في لواء قصبة مأدبا من وجهة نظر المعلمين. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الكمي بنوعيه الوصفي، والمسحي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (48) فقرة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد (المدير، المعلم، الطالب، ولي الأمر). وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (320) معلماً ومعلمة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توظيف التعلم الإلكتروني الذكي في المدارس الحكومية كانت مرتفعة، وأن الترتيب التنازلي للأبعاد كما يلي: بعد الطالب، وتلاه بعد المعلم، ومن ثم جاء بعد المدير، وأخيراً جاء بعد ولي الأمر، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 = α) لدرجة توظيف التعلم الإلكتروني الذكي في المدارس الحكومية في لواء قصبة مأدبا من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير الجنس وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 =α) لدرجة توظيف التعلم الإلكتروني الذكي في المدارس الحكومية تعزى لمتغيري: المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الباحثنان بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول الموضوع كتأثير أدوات التعلم الإلكتروني الذكي في العملية التعليمية والإدارية والتعلمية، والعمل على تعزيز دور كل من المدير والمعلم والطالب وولي الأمر لتوظيف تعلمهم الإلكتروني لخدمة أهداف المدرسة.     Abstract (English): The current study aimed to identify the degree of governance implementation and its relationship to organizational excellence in private Jordanian universities in the capital, Amman, from the point of view of faculty members. The study consisted of (280) faculty members of both sexes, and the descriptive survey approach was used and a questionnaire was developed with two axes. The first axis: to measure the degree of implementation of governance in the private Jordanian universities, and the second: to measure the level of organizational excellence in the private Jordanian universities. The degree of implementation of governance and organizational excellence in private Jordanian universities in the governorate of the capital, Amman, from the point of view of faculty members is average. The existence of a positive, strong, and statistically significant correlation between the degree of implementation of governance and the level of organizational excellence, as the value of the Pearson correlation coefficient was (0.701).     Abstract (English): The study aimed to identify the level of organizational intelligence and administrative excellence among private school principals in the capital, Amman, from the teachers ’point of view, and the relationship between them. the relational descriptive approach was used to achieve the aim of the study, also the study sample consisted of (396) male and female teachers, who work in Private schools affiliated to the directorates of the capital, Amman two questionnaires were developed: the first consists of (42) items about organizational intelligence the second consists of (34) items about administrative excellence. according to this the results showed that the level of organizational intelligence and administrative excellence among private school principals is high, and there is a positive and statistically significant correlation between the level of organizational intelligence of managers and the level of managerial excellence. According to these results, several recommendations were made, the most important of them are establishing a department specialized in organizational intelligence in all educational institutions, holding workshops to study gaps in organizational intelligence, and engaging school principals in training programs and courses to enable them to achieve administrative excellence in educational institutions.     Abstract (Arabic): هدفت الدراسة التعرُّف إلى مستوى الذكاء التنظيمي والتميز الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان، من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتحقيقًا لهدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ) 396 ( معلمًا ومعلمة، في المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان، وتم تطوير استبانتين: الأولى مكونة من ) 42 ( فقرة حول الذكاء التنظيمي، وتتكون الثانية من ) 34 ( فقرة حول التميز الإداري. وأظهرت النتائج أنَّ مستوى الذكاء التنظيمي والتميز الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة، جاء مرتفعًا، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيًا بين مستوى الذكاء التنظيمي لدى المديرين ومستوى التميز الإداري. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج تم الخروج بعدة توصيات من أهمها: إنشاء قسم مختص بالذكاء التنظيمي في المؤسسات التربوية كافة، وعقد ورشات عمل لدراسة الفجوات في الذكاء التنظيمي.     مستخلص: This descriptive study aimed to survey the attitudes of students at the College of Education towards individuals with motor disabilities in Jordan, in order to benefit from it in knowing the extent of the need for programs to change negative attitudes towards individuals with disabilities. The population of the current study consists of all Jordanian public universities for the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021. The study sample consisted of (712) male and female students. It was randomly selected from seven public universities Jordan. The researcher built a scale to achieve the aims of the study. The researcher used one-way analysis of variance in the study design. The reliability coefficient of the scale was verified by the researcher using the test and - method, and the reliability coefficient was 0.85, and it was extracted by calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient. The study reached the following results: There were statistically significant differences at the level ( 0.05 ≥α ) due to the variable of specialization, as the results showed that students of special education have positive attitudes towards individuals with disabilities. There are statistically significant differences at level (0.05 ≥α) due to the variable of studying courses on disabled individuals, as the results showed that students who study courses about disabled individuals have more positive attitudes .There are statistically significant differences at level (0.05 ≥α) due to the gender variable, as the results showed that female students have more positive attitudes than males.
