مستخلص: The article reports on the proposed reorganization of the Chartered Institute of Librarians and Information Professionals' (CILIP) Special Interest Groups (SIGs) in Great Britain. Two options were presented. First, that the future model for CILIP SIGs will be based on a new structure of sector and cross-sector categorizations to cluster SIGs in a logical way. The second option is that the future model for CILIP SIGs will be based on one which permits market forces to decide and govern the size, structure and number of SIGs.
