مستخلص: L'ambition de cet article consiste à prendre compte de la " commercialisation" des espaces publics dans cette nouvelle société dite moderne. A partir de l'exemple  de la ville nouvelle Ali Mendjeli, ce travail tente d'identifier les espaces publics à la ville nouvelle dans le contexte actuel, dans le but est de se détacher des méthodes habituelles et théoriques pour une analyse in situ, de ce qui se passe réellement sur le terrain. Observer les comportements in situ des usagers des espaces publics, c'est étudier leur vie quotidienne dans leurs déplacements et leurs comportements, afin de comprendre l'impact de l'environnement (la ville, l'aménagement) sur l'homme au quotidien. L'idée ici est que le support matériel des espaces publics est indissociable des activités et des pratiques qui les forme. Tirer des conclusions sur l'influence de la morphologie de la ville sur l'homme et leurs activités.
The ambition of this article is to take into account the "commercialisation" of public spaces in this new so-called modern society. Based on the example of the new city Ali Mendjeli, this work attempts to identify public spaces with the new city in the current context, with the aim of moving away from the usual and theoretical methods for an in situ analysis of what is really happening in the field. Observing the in situ behaviours of users of public spaces means studying their daily lives in their movements and behaviours, in order to understand the impact of the environment (the city, development) on people in their daily lives. The idea here is that the material support of public spaces is inseparable from the activities and practices that form them. Draw conclusions about the influence of the city's morphology on man and their activities.
طموح هذه المقالة هو تسليط الضوء على موضوع "التسويق"الأماكن العامة في هذا المجتمع الجديد الذي يطمح للحداثة.انطلاقا من مثال المدينة الجديدة علي منجلي .يحاول العمل توضيح حقيقة الأماكن العامة للمدينة في الوقت الراهن بطريقة جديدة لفصل نفسها عن الطرق التقليدية الكلاسيكية لتوضيح ما يحدث فصلا على ارض الواقع ان مراقبة سلوك مستخدمي الأماكن العامة هو في الحقيقة  دراسة حياتهم اليومية في تحركاتهم و سلوكياتهم من اجل فهم تأثير البيئة ( المدينة،التنمية) على المواطن في الحياة اليومية .الفكرة هنا هي ان المكان المادي الفيزيائي للاماكن العامة لا ينفصل عن الأنشطة  و الممارسات التي تشكلهما هدفها. هو استنتاج  تأثير شكل  المدينة على المستخدم و نشاطاته

مستخلص: La numérisation a connu un essor considérable ces deux dernières décennies, beaucoup de bibliothèques détenant des fonds patrimoniaux s’engagent de plus en plus dans des projets de numérisation. Ces engagements répondent sans doute à des impératifs de conservation des collections d’une part, et à des besoins de communication exprimés par les chercheurs de l’autre. En outre, l’intérêt soulevé par ces manuscrits sur le plan national et international, ont conduit la bibliothèque nationale d’Algérie à revoir sa politique de conservation et de préservation de ses manuscrits. Ce travail touchera essentiellement à trois enjeux fondamentaux, à savoir la conservation des manuscrits, leur communication et enfin, la numérisation comme alternative technologique qui permet de produire des copies numériques de substitution plus communicables, tout en assurant la préservation des originaux.
Digitization has considerably grown in the last two decades, with many libraries holding heritage funds, becoming more involved in digitization projects. These commitments undoubtedly meet the imperatives of conservation of collections on the one hand, and communication needs expressed by researchers on the other. In addition, the interest raised by these manuscripts on the national and international level, led the Algerian National Library to review its policy of conservation and preservation of its manuscripts. This work will essentially touch on three fundamental issues, namely the conservation of manuscripts, their communication and finally, digitization as a technological alternative that allows the production of digital copies of substitution more communicable, while ensuring the preservation of original copies.
عرفت الرقمنة توسعا كبيرا خلال العقدين الأخيرين ، حيث أصبحت العديد من المكتبات ذات الطابع التراثي تتبنى مشاريع الرقمنة. هذه الالتزامات تستجيب دون شك لضرورة حفظ المخطوطات من ناحية، وتلبية احتياجات التبليغ و الولوج الى المعلومات وفقا لمتطلبات الباحثين من ناحية أخرى. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، فإن الاهتمام الذي أثارته هذه المخطوطات على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي ، دفع بالمكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية إلى مراجعة سياسة حفظ مجموعاتها من المخطوطات. سيتطرق هذا العمل بشكل أساسي إلى ثلاث قضايا أساسية، هي حفظ المخطوطات وإتاحتها للجمهور، وأخيرا الرقمنة كوسيلة تكنولوجية تسمح بإنتاج نسخ رقمية بديلة للوثائق الأصلية و أكثر قابلية للاستعمال، مع ضمان حفظ المخطوطات الأصلية.
