    Abstract (English): This study investigates the status of number of narrators about whose weakness Abu Hatim al-Razi violated Imam Bukhari. This is in order to highlight the reasons behind this disagreement and to compare and illustrate Abu Hatim's and al-Bukhari's approaches to this issue. The researcher reaches a number of conclusions of which are: the two imams are of the pioneers of the subject of hadith criticism; however each of the two scholars had his own distinctive approach by which he was distinguished judging narrators. For example, al-Bukhari lists among weak narrators any narrator who was described as weak regardless whether this weakness was a relative or an absolute one. This does not necessary mean that all of such narrators were weak from his point of view. On the contrast, Abu Hatim has not labeled as weak the narrators whose weakness was a relative one. This is because this kind of weakness is not an absolute one. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

    Abstract (Arabic): تناولت هذه الدراسة الرواة الذين أنكر أبو حاتم الرازي على الإمام البخاري ذكرهم في الضعفاء،من حيث حصرهم، ودراستهم، للوقوف على حقيقة هذا الإنكار، ومعرفة صنيع كل من البخاري في ذكره هؤلاء في الضعفاء، وصنيع أبي حاتم الرازي في إنكاره وتقوية هؤلاء وٕاخراجهم من الضعفاء، وتوصل الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى عدّة نتائج من أهمها:علو مكانة الإمامين البخاري وأبي حاتم الرازي النقدية،وتميز كل واحد منهما بمنهجية نقدية تتبع للذوق النقدي الخاص بالناقد، فالإمام البخاري يرى بأنه من ضُعف تضعيفاً نسبياً أو مقيداً كان أم تضعيفاً مطلقاً فحقه أن يذكر في الضعفاء، ولا يفهم من ذلك أنه ضعيف عنده، بخلاف أبي حاتم الرازي فهو يرى أن هؤلاء الرواة لا يستحقون أن يذكروا في الضعفاء، لأن ضعفهم كان نسبياً أو مقيداً وليس ضعفاً مطلقاً.     Alternate Title: The Narrators that Ibn Hajar Described as Cheaters in AlTahtheeb and AlNukat and Did Not Include in his Tabaqat Critical Study. (English)

    Abstract (English): This paper aimed to know the narrators that Ibn Hajar described as cheaters in his books “Taqreeb AlTahtheeb” and “Kitab AlNukat” on Ibn AlSalah’s book and did not mention in the book “Taa’reef Ahl Altaqdees be Maratib AlMawsoofeen bel Tadless” through identifying, studying, and stopping on the truth of why did Ibn Hajar deny them and knowing the reason. Through this research it was found that: The narrators that he described as cheaters outside of AlTabaqat are actually described with Irsal but not cheaters, and this does not mean that Ibn Hajar includes the narrator that lived with same time as the Shiekh and did not hear from him in the term cheaters. But this came based on what Ibn Habban and AlThahabi said about being a cheater meaning that the person is a cheater or by unseen Irsal like the way of the earlier scholars. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

    Abstract (Arabic): تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى حصر الرواة الذين وصفهم الحافظ ابن حجر بالتدليس في كتابيه: تقريب التهذيب، وكتاب النّكت على كتاب ابن الصلاح، ولم يذكرهم في كتابه: تعريف أهل التقديس بمراتب الموصوفين بالتدليس، مع دراسة أحوالهم، والوقوف على سبب إعراض الحافظ عن ذكرهم في كتاب تعريف أهل التقديس. وقد خَلُصَتْ الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن الرواة الذين وصفهم بالتدليس خارج الطبقات إنما وُصفوا بالإرسال لا بالتدليس، وذلك لا يعني أن الحافظ يدخل الراوي الذي عاصر الشيخ ولم يسمع منه ضمن مسمى التدليس، وإنما جاء ذلك اعتمادًا على قول ابن حبّان والذهبي في إطلاقهما التدليس مع إرادة التدليس تارة، والإرسال الخفي تارة أخرى كما هي طريقة المتقدمين.     Alternate Title: Has The Process of Changing The Names of Hadith Shaikhs by Baqeyya Affected Their Authenticity? (English)

    Abstract (English): This study tackles the status of some Hadith narrators who were misjudged and accused of being unauthentic.These narrators are the ones Baqeyya Ibn Al-Waleed narrated from. The specific objective of the study is to answer the follwing question: Has the process of changing the names of Hadith shaikhs by Baqeyya affected their authenticity? The study revealed that some of these Shaikhs were authentic and what led to them being classified as unauthentic was changing their real names by some Hadith narrators.The researcher recommends that Hadith researchers should be more patient before classifying the Hadith narrators.     Abstract (Arabic): يتناول هذا البحثُ دراسةَ بعض الرواة الذين حكم عليهم النقاد، كلهم أو بعضهم، بالجهالة وهم من شيوخ بقية بن الوليد الذين روى عنهم؛ ليقف الباحث على مسألة لا بد من الوقوف عليها وهي: هل أثر تدليس بقية للشيوخ في جهالة بعض من حكم عليهم بذلك؟ ويكشف البحث بعد دراسة متأنية مضنية لحال المجاهيل من شيوخ بقية أن بعضهم ليس بالمجهول إنما الذي أدى لجهالتهم تدليس بقية لهم تدليس شيوخ. من هنا تأتي أهمية البحث في التأكيد على أنه يحتم على الباحثين التروي في حال مجاهيل شيوخ الرواة الذي ثبت عليهم تدليس الشيوخ.
