Abstract (English): This study aimed to highlight the impact of e-tourism marketing on hotels services and tourism agencies in Ouargla in light of the Corona pandemic, and we adopted to achieve these The objectives are on the analytical descriptive approach through its various aspects, using the interview tool with some officials on tourism in Ouargla, with the aim of identifying the consequences of the Corona pandemic on the tourism institutions in the region, where the study community was composed of the total tourism and hotel institutions in the state of Ouargla, and the sample of the study was a group consisting of 17 of these institutions affected by the Corona pandemic, and the most important finding of the study is that the Corona pandemic caused a significant decrease in the number of tourists, which led to a clear decline in the services provided by hotels, tourism and travel agencies, the sample of the study, which led to their incurring significant financial losses. Abstract (Arabic): هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تأثير التسويق السياحي الالكتروني على خدمات الفنادق والوكالات السياحية بورقلة في ظل جائحة كورونا، واعتمدنا لتحقيق هذه الأهداف على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عبر جوانبه المختلفة وذلك باستخدام أداة المقابلة مع بعض المس ؤولين على السياحة بالولاية، بهدف التعرف على تبعات جائحة كورونا على المؤسسات السياحية بالمنطقة، حيث كان مجتمع الدراسة مؤلف من مجموع المؤسسات السياحية والفندقية في ولاية ورقلة، أما عينة الدراسة فكانت مجموعة متكونة 17 من هذه المؤسسات المتضررة من جائحة كورونا، وأهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة أن جائحة كورونا تسببت في انخفاض كبير في عدد السياح الأمر الذي أدى إلى تراجع واضح في الخدمات التي تقدمها الفنادق ووكالات السياحة والأسفار عينة الدراسة، مما أدى إلى تكبدهم خسائر مالية كبيرة، كما أن بعضهم توقف عن النشاط وأخرى غيرته.
