    Abstract (English): The philosophy of applying the quality system of higher education in the Arab world is based on the process of reforming the educational system and university training programs according to international standards in order to upgrade its institutions and research centers to the ranks of the developed countries and to serve the issues of the comprehensive development of their societies. University professor is essential and active member in the teaching and learning process, so that he is a mentor and an engineer of this process. That demands him to possess personal and professional qualifications that enable him to carry out various and varied tasks since joining the university. Perhaps the reality of practice and continuous monitoring of the performance of the professor shows that at the stage of (Exchange of experiences) and integration with the requirements of the instructional profession, the professor needs help; especially at the beginning of his career, so he can acquire many of the skills that are linked to his performance, which he gets through his participation in series of workshops organized by professors Qualified and experienced in accordance with an integrated program. Therefore, this paper presents a model for this formative training process of the university professor in Algerian universities through the presentation of the program content and its impact on the performance of the professor and achieving the future goals of the university institution project.     Abstract (Arabic): تقوم فلسفة تطبيق نظام جودة التعليم العالي في الوطن العربي على عملية إصلاح منظومة التعليم والتكوين الجامعي وفق المعايير العالمية بهدف الرقي بمؤسساته و مراكز بحثه إلى مصاف الدول المتطورة، ومن جهة أخرى خدمة قضايا التنمية الشاملة لمجتمعاتهم، ويعد الأستاذ الجامعي عضوا أساسيا وفاعلا في العملية التعليمية التعلمية بحيث يعتبر موجها و مهندسا لها. هذا يتطلب منه امتلاك كفاءات شخصية ومهنية تؤهله للقيام بمهامه المتعددة و المتنوعة منذ التحاقه بالجامعة، ولعل واقع الممارسة و المتابعة المستمرة لأداء الأستاذ يبين أن مرحلة التربص (تبادل الخبرات) و الاندماج مع متطلبات مهنة التدريس يحتاج فيها الأستاذ في بداية مشواره المهني إلى مرافقة تساعده على اكتساب العديد من المهارات التي ترتبط بأدائه، والتي يحصل عليها من خلال مشاركته في سلسلة الورشات التدريبية التي يؤطرها أساتذة مؤهلين ذوي خبرة وفق برنامج متكامل .لذا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتقدم نموذجا لهذه العملية التكوينية و التدريبية للأستاذ الجامعي المتربص في الجامعة الجزائرية من خلال عرض محتوى البرنامج ومدى تأثيره في أداء الأستاذ و تحقيق الأهداف المستقبلية لمشروع المؤسسة الجامعية .
