الوصف: Fencing is one of the leading sports in Indonesia, which is expected to become a top sport to win medals at every sporting event. In fact, up to now, there are still crucial problems faced by Indonesian fencing athletes to achieve this target. The condition of the training program being ineffective means that the athlete's ability level is challenging to develop and is stagnant, especially in attacking movement techniques. Attacks are the technique most often used by athletes and are crucial in getting points in every fencing match. The reality on the field is that fencing athletes often carry out attacks that do not produce points due to their low attack speed. This condition will make it easier for the opponent to predict attacks so that attacks can be easily avoided or evaded. So, practical training in fencing attacks is needed so that the attack speed becomes better. This research aims to determine the condition of the Fencing attack speed level through attack movement techniques using static movements in Fencing athletes. This research uses a quantitative approach and a descriptive method. The population in this study were fencing athletes assisted by the Indonesian National Sports Committee, Aceh Province. The sample in this study consisted of 8 people. The instrument technique used to collect data in this research was an attack test instrument called the Kuhadja Fencing Test. Based on the results of the study that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the average attack speed through static movement is 4.37 m/s.

الوصف: International migration is one of the issues in international relations, where the movement of people between countries is getting more accessible. The problem of international migration is based on legal and illegal immigration into the territory of a nation. The focus of this research is contract workers, professionals or foreign workers. The study aims to analyse the arrangements for foreign workers after the enactment of law No 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The research method, the normative legal research with a statutory regulation approach and a concept approach, uses primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Legal materials are processed and analysed in a coherent, systematic manner. Then a conclusion is drawn using the chosen theory. In conclusion, arrangements for foreign workers do not provide certainty, fairness and legal benefits because even law No 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation continues to apply until with improvements within a maximum period of two years, implementing regulations are not permitted to be issued, then the provisions in the Job Creation Law will become less functional.

الوصف: This paper examines the inclusion of verbally displaying sexual acts (commonly known as catcalling) within the framework of criminal law in Indonesia. It also analyzes the legal protections afforded to victims of such actions under Law No 12 of 2022 concerning Crimes of Sexual Violence (TPKS Law). Verbal sexual concealment, or catcalling, involves the non-physical expression of sexual acts directed at an individual's body, sexual desires, and/or reproductive organs. This undermines the person's dignity based on their sexuality and/or modesty. Under the TPKS Law, victims of verbal sexual harassment, or catcalling, are granted specific legal protections. These include the right to be shielded from acts of violence and the right to be free from any treatment that undermines their dignity. These protective measures encompass the fulfilment of ownership and the provision of assistance to ensure the victims' sense of security. The LPSK or other relevant institutions are responsible for carrying out these protective measures by the requirements outlined in the law.

الوصف: This study describes the formation of Indonesian words based on generative morphology theory. Data sourced from oral and written data. The data collection method used is the documentation and observation methods, while the data analysis method uses the distributional and matching methods. The results of data analysis are presented using informal methods. The results of this study indicate that the affixes that form verbs consist of {meN-], {-an}, {ber-}, {ter-}, {meN-kan}, and {meN-i}. The meaning of these affixes is 'activities concerned with'; 'process'; 'each other'; 'to be in a state'; 'own'; 'can be in'; 'already in'; 'causative'; 'resultative'; 'intensive; and 'continuative'. The noun-forming affixes consist of {se-}, {-in}, {-at}, {pen-an}, {ke-an}, and {per-an} affixes. The meaning conveyed by these affixes is 'equal'; 'The same'; 'in a state of'; 'plural (feminine) actors'; 'plural (masculine) actors'; 'method'; and 'hal'. Adjective-forming affixes consist of affixes {-i}, {-iah}, {-ah}, and {wi-}. The meaning generated by these affixes is 'related to'; 'frequency'; 'tool'; and the 'perpetrator'. In terms of morphological typology, in general, Indonesian word formation is a mixed-type language because at the level of affixation and reduplication, Indonesian words are of the agglutination type and at the level of compounding, it behaves as an incorporation type language and tends to collect several lexical morphemes and combine them be a single word. The process of forming Indonesian words in terms of generative morphology consists of components: 1) a list of morphemes that contains free basic morphemes, bound basic morphemes, affixes, reduplications and compound words; 2) rules for forming words that process all the contents of the morpheme list, to produce acceptable and unacceptable forms; 3) filters in charge of attaching phonological idiosyncrasy
