Abstract (English): The study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of intellectual security among Omani students in post-basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman. It was applied to a random sample of post-basic education students (11-12) in the Sultanate's schools.The number of the sample was (1257) male and female students. The results of the study showed that there are high manifestations of intellectual security among post-basic education students in Omani schools. The study also showed a lack of administrative practices by these institutions to enhance intellectual security among their students. The study recommended the inclusion of the concept of Intellectual security and its practices in several areas, including planning, organization and training in light of technological changes. Abstract (Arabic): تهدف الدراسة إلى التَّعرُّف على واقع ممارسة الأمن الفكري لدى الطلبة العُمانيين في مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي بسلطنة عُمان، كما هدفت إلى معرفة مستوى الممارسات الإدارية الداعمة للأمن الفكري لطلبة هذه المرحلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي. وقد استُخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية من طلبة التعليم ما بعد الأساسيّ (۱۲-۱۱) بمدارس السلطنة. وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة (۱۲٥٧) طالباً وطالبة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود مظاهر عالية للأمن الفكري لدى طلبة التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في المدارس العُمانية، كما أظهرت الدراسة قلة وجود الممارسات الإدارية من قبل هذه المؤسسات لتعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طلبتها، وأوصت الدراسة بتضمين مفهوم الأمن الفكري وممارساته في عدة مجالات، منها التخطيط والتنظيم والتدريب في ضوء المتغيرات التكنولوجية.
