Abstract (English): This study is entitled: (a future vision in the manufacture of the historical dictionary of the Arabic language - between reality and hope). This study aims to appeal to the Arabic Hama to give more attention and make efforts to work on creating a historical dictionary of the terms of our Arabic language, and this field is still fertile for the manufacture of this dictionary, so that we reach the ranks of the developed countries that preceded us in making historical dictionaries of their languages. As a (Oxford) dictionary of the English language that gained popularity and popularity, Unfortunately, our Arabic libraries lack this historical dictionary even though our language possesses an unparalleled linguistic wealth in the world's languages. Abstract (Arabic): ذه الدراسة بعنوان: (رؤية مستقبلية في صناعة القاموس التاريخي للغة العربية - بين الواقع والأمل). تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مناشدة حماة العربية للعطاء المزيد من الاهتمام وبذل الجهود للعمل على إنشاء تاريخ قاموس مصطلحات لغتنا العربية ، وهذا المجال لا يزال خصب لصناعة هذا القاموس ، حتى نصل إلى مراتب الدول المتقدمة التي سبقتنا في صنعها القواميس التاريخية للغاتهم. باعتباره قاموس (أكسفورد) اللغة الإنجليزية التي اكتسبت شهرة وشعبية ، للأسف ، تفتقر مكتباتنا العربية إلى هذا القاموس التاريخي على الرغم من أن لغتنا تمتلك لغة لغوية لا مثيل لها ثروة في لغات العالم. لقد قطعنا شوطا طويلا في صناعة المعجم ، وإجراء هذه الدراسة. Abstract (English): The study tackles some of the problems facing non-native speakers of Arabic especially when learning the dual and the plural, and shows the importance of the Arabic language and the procedures that should be followed when comparing two languages in terms of ayntax or morphology and how such interaction may lead to difficulties in learning Arabic. The study also examines the relationship between error analysis and contrastive analysis and states some of the common reasons behind error making including language interference and the influence of the source and target languages. The study mainly discusses mistakes in forming the dual and the plural in Arabic since this subject does not exist or is used differently in other languages like English for example. The study concludes the importance of knowing the aspects of the Arabic language especially in terms of forming the dual and the plural and that when a non-native speaker of Arabic writes, he/she should not think of their own mother language. It also concludes that special attention should be made when teaching how to form the dual or the plural to non-native speakers of Arabic. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract (Arabic): تناولت هذه الدراسة بعض المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة الناطقين بغير العربية، وقد اقتصرت الدراسة على المثنى والجمع، وسعت إلى بيان أهمية اللغة العربية والإجراءات التي يجب أن تطبق عند المقارنة بين لغتين سواء في البنى النحوية أو الصرفية أو الصوتية وكيف أن التداخل بينهما يؤدي إلى صعوبة تعلم اللغة العربية.وقد بينت الدراسة العلاقة بين تحليل الأخطاء والتحليل التقابلي وعدت العلاقة بينهما وثيقة جدا، وذكرت أسباب الوقوع في الأخطاء منها التداخل اللغوي ومنها اللغة الأم ومنها اللغة الثانية نفسها... وتناولت الدراسة أخطاء المثنى وذلك، لأن هذا العدد لا يوجد في كثير من لغات العالم،ولا يُستعمل كما في اللغة العربية، إذ إن له دلالات تشير إليه على عكس بعض اللغات التي تستعمل الأرقام للحصول على التثنية. ويجد الطالب أيضاً ان المثنى يختلف في أحواله بين رفع ونصب وجر.وقد تطرقت الدراسة إلى الجمع وأقسامه، وكيف يمثل صعوبة للطالب الأجنبي الذي لا تتغير عليه صيغة الجمع في لغته الأم، إذ يقوم الطالب باضافة الحرف(s) فقط للدلالة على التثنية أو الجمع.وتناولت الدراسة بعض الكلمات التي تستعمل مفردة دائماً في اللغة الإنجليزية ونجد منها ما يجمع في اللغة العربية، وٕاذا أسقط الطالب هذا الكلمات على اللغة العربية وقعت الأخطاء.وخلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية معرفة جوانب اللغة العربية ومعرفة المثنى والجمع، وعندما يكتب الطالب الأجنبي يجب أن يفكر باللغة العربية ولا يفكر باللغة الأم، كما يجب أن يعطى المثنى والجمع عناية خاصة عند تدريسه للطلبة الناطقين بغيرالعربية حتى يتجنبوا الوقوع في الأخطاء.
