Abstract (English): The science of the origins of hadith is an authentic Islamic science, which has gone through several stages, and was built on solid foundations, it made him a science to be emulated, taught in the universities of the world, and benefited fiom its rules and methodology in building the humanities in general, and the historical ones in particular. Since the scientific and research curricula are considered an important expression and a basic factor in building the cultures of nations and peoples, it is more appropriate for students and those who work in science to study these curricula built by the nation's scholars, and to benefit from them in every scientific, life and cultural field. Hence came this research, through which the researcher will study the methodological features of the science of hadith origins, and the impact of these features on the cultural life of Muslim societies, and the possibility of their application iir Islamic cultural life. Amoirg the most prominent methodological features that the researcher reached are: confinnation of the novel and the transmission of news, differentiation between definitive and presumptuous indications, collecting and following the methods of talk, taking into account the narratives, deliberation and its impact on establishing the common curriculum... and other methodological features that were mentioned in the research. Abstract (English): The study dealt with the reality of the Iraqi secular culture and intellectual, which is trying to generalize and apply the liberal secular Western experience to his social reality and his value system of Islamic civilization, deluding that the religious civilizational systems is similar, just as the experience of secularism in the West was applied to the separation of Christianity and the Church from the life system with the principles of atheistic materialism, Imagine that the situation will be repeated in the Iraqi experience, armed and seduced by cultural intellectual mechanisms that are designated by the communications revolution and its promotion of a culture of secularization and globalization. The conceptual problematic study dealt with the contents of globalization, culture and the intellectual and how the secular intellectual lives a crisis of values conflict, and the study took one of the secular intellectuals as a model that simulates the reality of secular intellectuals in their intellectual, political and social fluctuations, indicating a number of problems and lapses in what he wrote about Iraqi society in the book of "Al-Emmama wal Effendi" The study also entered Al-Mutanabi Street, the center of the Iraqi Baghdad culture, standing on the literary and intellectual movement there, using interviews and informants, and the observation with participation adopting the ethnographic analytical method. Abstract (Arabic): تناولت الدراسة واقع الثقافة العراقية العلمانية و الفكري الذي يحاول التعميم وتطبيق الليبرالية التجربة الغربية العلمانية لواقعه الاجتماعي وقيمته نظام الحضارة الإسلامية الخادعة للديني الأنظمة الحضارية متشابهة ، مثلها مثل تجربة العلمانية في الغرب تم تطبيقه على الفصل بين المسيحية و الكنيسة من نظام الحياة مع مبادئ الإلحاد المادية تخيلوا ان يتكرر الوضع العراقي تجربة مسلحة ومغرية بآليات فكرية ثقافية التي حددتها ثورة الاتصالات و الترويج لثقافة العلمنة والعولمة. ال تناولت الدراسة الإشكالية المفاهيمية محتويات العولمة والثقافة والفكر وكيف علماني الحياة الفكرية أزمة صراع قيم ، وقد أخذت الدراسة واحدة المثقفين العلمانيين كنموذج يحاكي واقع المثقفون العلمانيون في مجالاتهم الفكرية والسياسية والاجتماعية تقلبات ، مما يدل على عدد من المشاكل والسفرات في ما هو عليه كتب عن المجتمع العراقي في كتاب الامامة والأفندي. كما دخلت الدراسة شارع المتنبي مركز العراقي ثقافة بغداد تقف على الحركة الأدبية والفكرية هناك ، باستخدام المقابلات والمخبرين ، والملاحظة مع المشاركة بتبني المنهج الإثنوغرافي التحليلي. ال اشتملت الدراسة على ستة محاور.
