Abstract (English): The study aimed to know the degree of professional development practice in Arabic schools in Burkina Faso. The researchers used the descriptive approach by designing a survey. The sample of the study included(112) students who answered a questionnaire designed according to three fields: planning field, communication and Human relationships field, and evaluation field. The study found that the degree of professional development practice in all the fields is an average unless the planning field which was low. In one hand, the most professional development activities practiced by workers are: using the calendar models, having a dialogue in their discussion, and building standards to measure the cognitive aspect. In the other hand, the lower of these are: the determination of the methods and procedures that employees accomplish in their jobs, the participation to find appropriate solutions of the school problems, and creating standards, tests and criteria to measure the emotional side. Based of the study results, a number of recommendations were made: spreading the culture of professional development among the employees, including professional development in their preparation programs, trainings and workshops, developing the skills of workers in the planning field, encouraging the workers to use multiple methods and activities to support their duties, and developing worker skills to explore and find appropriate solutions. Abstract (Arabic): هدفت الد ا رسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة التطوير المهني بالمدارس العربية في بوركينا فاسو، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في هذه الد ا رسة؛ حيث شملت عينة الد ا رسة) 112 ( طالبا وطالبة من المستجيبين لأد اة الد ا رسة التي صممت وفقاً لثلاث مجالات هي: مجال التخطيط، ومجال الاتصال والتعامل الإنساني، ومجال التقويم، وقد توصلت الد ا رسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة التطوير المهني في كل المجالات متوسطة إلا مجال التخطيط فكانت منخفضة، وأن أكثر أنشطة التطور المهني ممارسة لدى العاملين هي: استخدام النماذج التقويمية، والسماح بالحوار أثناء النقاش، وبناء معايير لقياس الجانب المعرفي، أما أقلها فقد تمثل في تحديد الطرق والأساليب التي يستخدمها العاملين في تنفيذ الأعمال، ومشاركة الحضور في إيجاد الحلول المناسبة للمشكلات، وبناء اختبا ا رت ومعايير لقياس الجانب الوجداني، وفي ضوء نتائج هذه الد ا رسة، تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات منها: نشر ثقافة التطور المهني لدى العاملين وتضمينها في ب ا رمج إعدادهم قبل الخدمة وفي الدو ا رت وورش العمل التي تقدم أثناء الخدمة، وإعداد ب ا رمج تدريبية لتطوير مها ا رت العاملين في التخطيط وآلية وضع الأهداف التربوية، وتشجيع العاملين على التنوع بين المهام والأنشطة لتعميق الفهم وتدعيم المهارة المنشودة، وتوجيه العاملين نحو الطرق والأساليب المناسبة لتنفيذ الأعمال، وتنمية مها ا رت العاملين في استكشاف مشكلات المتعلمين ووضع حلول مناسبة لها.
