Abstract (English): The personal data of users of social networking sites is a manifestation of the private life of these users in light of the development that has occurred in the era of technology, and this data has created a special momentum in the digital age, and this is due to the spread of the information revolution and Internet sites, especially social networking sites, as it does not hesitate. Persons of all ages and genders may express their data and personal information on the Internet and disclose it without realizing the seriousness of this work that they undertake. Hence, this data has become a significant danger to the sanctity of private life that breaks its veil, as this data may be exposed to many risks and attacks, which we will discuss in this matter to make an understandable statement and determine the risks of abuse. Abstract (Arabic): تعد البيانات الشخصية لمستخدمي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مظهراً من مظاهر الحياة الخاصة لهؤلاء المستخدمين في ظل التطور الذي حصل في عصر التكنولوجيا, وقد أحدثت هذه البيانات زخماً خاصاً في العصر الرقمي, ويعزى ذلك إلى انتشار ثورة المعلومات ومواقع الانترنيت سيما مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي منها, إذ لا يتوانى الاشخاص بمختلف الاعمار والاجناس عن الإدلاء ببياناتهم ومعلوماتهم الشخصية على شبكة الانترنيت والإفصاح عنها من دون إدراك لخطورة هذا العمل الذي يقدمون عليه.ومن هنا أضحت تلك البيانات تشكل خطراً لا يستهان به على حرمة الحياة الخاصة تهتك ستارها, فهذه البيانات قد تتعرض لمخاطر واعتداءات عديدة, سنبحثها في هذا الموضوع لبيان مفهوما وتحديد مخاطر الاعتداء عليها.
