Abstract (English): This research aims to reveal (the role of the program based on project learning) at the (Biology Safari) website in raising educational achievement and scientific research skills in biology courses. The study sample was selected from third grade secondary students in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, during the second semester of the year (1443 AH). To answer the research question, the researcher followed the (mixed) approach, where the study sample included two divisions from the third secondary grade to represent a pilot group of (36) students. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a simulation test was applied for achievement tests to measure knowledge (tribal - posterior), and the questionnaire and interview tool was also used to collect the required information. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences between the grades of the pre- and postmeasurement of academic achievement in favor of the post-test, indicating an effective impact of the projectbased learning-based program (neighborhood safari to raise educational achievement). The results of the study also showed that the employment of the neighborhood safari project has a positive role on female students' academic achievement, and given the general average of the sample responses towards the attitudes of female students about the role of the neighborhood safari project in raising the skills of female students in practical research, the general arithmetic average of the questionnaire is (2.92) For students. Abstract (Arabic): يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن) دور البرنامج القائـم على التعلم بالمشاريع( في موقع )سفاري األحياء( في رفع التحصيل العلمي ومهارات البحث العلمي في مقررات األحياء, وقد جرى اختيار عينة الدراسة من طالبات الصف الثالث الثانوي بمدينة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية خالل الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام )1443هـ( ولإلجابة عن سؤال البحث اتبعت الباحثة المنهج )المختلط ( حيث اشتملت عينة الدراسة على شعبتين من الصف الثالث الثانوي لتمثل مجموعة تجريبية بلغ عددها )36( طالبة, وسعيًا لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة جرى تطبيق اختبار محاكي لالختبارات التحصيلية لقياس المعرفة )القبلية- البعدية(, كما تم استخدام أداة االستبانة والمقابلة لجمع المعلومات المطلوبة, وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات داللة إحصائية بين درجات القياس القبلي والبعدي للتحصيل الدراسي لصالح االختبار البعدي, مما يدل على وجود أثر فعال للبرنامج القائم على التعلم بالمشاريع )سفاري األحياء لرفع التحصيل العلمي( . كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن توظيف مشروع )سفاري األحياء( له دور إيجابي على تحصيل الطالبات الدراسي, وبالنظر إلى المتوسط العام الستجابات العينة نحو اتجاهات الطالبات حول دور مشروع سفاري األحياء في رفع مهارات الطالبات في البحث العملي؛ فإن المتوسط الحسابي العام لالستبانة هو )2.92 ( واالنحراف المعياري هو ) 0.12( مما يدل أن توجهات العينة نحو دور مشروع )سفاري األحياء( في رفع مهارات الطالبات في البحث العملي كان عاليًا من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة, وبالتالي خلص البحث للعديد من التوصيات حول أهمية رفع الكفايات التدريسية للمعلمين بتطبيق برامج قائمة على التعلم القائم على المشاريع لرفع مستوى التحصيل الدراسي ومهارات البحث العلمي للطالب. Abstract (English): The study aims to trace the stages of development of the animation industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its most prominent features in terms of subject matter and production methods based on the historical methodology. The current research would review the documents, and literature of the study, and apply the descriptive analytical methodology. Through an inventory of Saudi animated films that were produced at each stage, and the most important topics and factors affecting its production, in addition to introducing the most prominent production institutions and companies, with a foresight for the future of the art of animation in Saudi Arabia, through direct communication with graphic makers to reveal the most prominent factors and challenges that prevent the development of that industry through the use of the interview tool and was prepared and applied to a random sample representative of the study community. The study revealed many factors that affected the animation industry in Saudi Arabia, including lack of labor force, the low demand for drawings, and the presence of a few competing companies, which led to a decrease in competitiveness, and the study also concluded the effectiveness of joint cooperation in the field of the animation industry, as it is a difficult industry that needs skill, time and funding, which contributed to the diversity of animation production that expressed the culture and national identity between long and short films and series. Despite the encouragement and support provided by the state represented by the Film Commission of the Ministry of Culture and Arts and the sponsorship of some private parties, the reality of the animated film industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is still below expectations. Abstract (Arabic): تبرز الحاجة الى تأريخ بدايات ظهور صناعة الرسوم المتحركة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتهدف الد ارسة الى تتبع مارحل تطور صناعة الرسوم المتحركة في المملكة العربية السعودية وأبرز سماتها من ناحية الموضوع وأسلوب اإلنتاج باالعتماد على المنهجية التاريخية من خالل م ارجعة الوثائق وأدبيات الد ارسة، والمنهجية الوصفية التحليلية. من خالل حصر ألفالم الرسوم المتحركة السعودية التي تم انتاجها في كل مرحلة من الم ارحل، وأهم موضوعاتها والعوامل المؤثرة في انتاجها باإلضافة للتعريف بأبرز مؤسسات وشركات االنتاج، مع استش ارف لمستقبل فن الرسوم المتحركة في السعودية، عبر التواصل المباشر مع صناع الرسوم للكشف عن أبرز العوامل والتحديات التي تحول دون تطور تلك الصناعة من خالل استخدام أداة المقابلة وتم اعدادها وتطبيقها على عينة عشوائية ممثلة لمجتمع الد ارسة. وكشفت الد ارسة عن العديد من العوامل التي أثرت في صناعة الرسوم المتحركة في السعودية ومنها نقص األيدي العاملة وانخفاض الطلب على الرسوم ووجود عدد قليل من الشركات المنافسة ما أدى إلى انخفاض القدرة التنافسية، كما خلصت الد ارسة فاعلية التعاون المشترك في مجال صناعة الرسوم المتحركة حيث إنها صناعة صعبة تحتاج إلى مهارة ووقت وتمويل األمر الذي في تنوع انتاج الرسوم المتحركة عبرت عن الثقافة والهوية الوطنية بين أفالم طويلة وقصيرة ومسلسالت. ومع التشجيع والدعم الذي به الدولة ممثلة في هيئة األفالم التابعة لو ازرة الثقافة والفنون ورعاية بعض الجهات الخاص، اال أن واقع صناعة أفالم الرسوم المتحركة في المملكة العربية السعودية ال يازل دون المأمول. Abstract (English): This study comes as an attempt to formulate an integrated system for the Islamic vision of women and the handling of their issues, and answers many questions represented in the founding principles and premises framing this system and the guiding concepts inherent to it in addition to the dimensions that it seeks to achieve; Due to the existence of a transformational reality awaiting the Muslim woman and the successive developments that reflect the reality with its problems, which necessitated a new jurisprudential vision that achieves a balance between the provisions of Sharia and the requirements of contemporary reality, in a way that makes it exercise its role effectively within a flexible legal framework according to reality. The study aims to reveal the bright and vivid picture of the spirit of Islamic legislation in the field of The study aims to reveal the bright and vivid image of the spirit of Islamic legislation in the field of women's issues, and to show the extent of the provision of social care and protection that women have enjoyed and its impact on their social life, and to clarify the concept of wonderful human justice in Islam and what separates it from the manifestations of modern civil equality today, in order to serve the response On suspicions about the legal measures and provisions related to women's issues in the Islamic system and the refutation of the purposes of international charters that claim to eliminate all forms of discrimination against women. Accordingly, this study comes in two axes: the first is the consolidation of the intentional Islamic vision of women's issues, and the second is a statement of the dimensions of the intentional Islamic vision of women's issues and their effects, whether on the civilized role of Muslim women or their role in refuting doubts and refuting suspicions, and providing critical visions of international agreements to eliminate discrimination against women in Islamic vision light.
