الوصف: In the paper there are presented system approaches, applied in Slovak transformed production enterprises, which solve questions of closing the so called industrial cycle from the side of the wastes' producers. The production quality is connected not only with the technological chain itself and with outputs from it - the utility product, but also with the load of the life environment.The presented possibilities of the liquidation of solid energetic waste fly ashes represent a an overview of forms and methods of its utilization. By combusting one kind of coal in various boilers, fly ashes with different physical, chemical, and mineralogical properties originate, with the combustion temperature as a dominant factor. The fly ashes are directly (without influencing its composition) applied in civil engineering, mining, metallurgy, waste water cleaning, etc. Their utilization after a separation removal of unwanted components is an economically difficult process. Such a unvaluable component is coal combustion residue, evaluated by the annealing loss (carbon-in-ash loss) in fly ashes used for special procedures in civil enginering, e.g. in mortars (maximally 4% of c.a.s. loss) or in the porous concrete (4-7% of c.a.s. loss). The building industry processes about 20% of solid energetic waste.

Importance of the living environment protection is still increasing and new market conditions of the world global society demand implementation of the new environmental and ecologically effective technologies and tools for securing of the high quality for living environment.High costs, that are paid for polluted living environment present big burden for firms, that pollute living environment. Level of costs is still increasing, and by this way economic growth of the firms is declined and due to this fact it is neccessary to realize, that change of total attitude to the protection and creation of living environment must penetrate also to the firm´s life.

الوصف: Activity based costing is a method of identifying and tracking the operating costs directly associated with processing items. It is the practice of focusing on some unit of output, such as a purchase order or an assembled automobile and attempting to determine its total as precisely as poccible based on the fixed and variable costs of the inputs.You use ABC to identify, quantify and analyze the various cost drivers (such as labor, materials, administrative overhead, rework.) and to determine which ones are candidates for reduction.A processes any activity that accepts inputs, adds value to these inputs for customers and produces outputs for these customers. The customer may be either internal or external to the organization. Every activity within an organization comprimes one or more processes. Inputs, controls and resources are all supplied to the process.A process owner is the person responsible for performing and or controlling the activity.The direction of cost through their contact to partial activity and processes is a new modern theme today. Beginning of this method is connected with very important changes in the firm processes.ABC method is a instrument , that bring a competitive advantages for the firm.

الوصف: Quality of university education as a service for clients (students, potential employers, and society) is presently a very important goal for university and their faculties.International agreements (Bologna appeal of Ministries of Education from 1998), international institutions (OECD a list of internationally validated universities and study branches, and the Slovak legislation (Act No 131/2002 on universities, Act No 132/2002 on scientist and techniques) must be implemented in the context of the selfevaluation process of educational institutions and of the European Foundation Quality Model of Excellence (EFQM).The given documents allow making an internal analysis by any university oriented to the process and consumer approach and to the objectives, forms, content and organization of university education.The quality of education is a subsystem of the quality of the educational institution. This quality determines the competitive status of this institution on the market of postsecondary and part-time education.The quality of university education is however connected not only with the material and information sources, but also especially with the human factor. Ethos, pathos and logos, i.e. the soft factors of universities as providers of education are necessary part of every Alma Mater.
