It aims to highlight key trends and hotspots in the field.Materials and Methods: The core database of Web of Science was collected, and the search time range was from the establishment of the database to the present (August 2023) for the literature related to the study of TCM prescriptions in CHD, and the information on the number of literature, countries, journals, authors, institutions, keywords were summarized by applying the software VOSviewer and CiteSpace. Results: A total of 135 kinds of literature were included. The number of published journal papers on research on TCM therapeutic formulae for CHD showed an upward trend; China was the most prolific country in this field; the largest number of papers were published in Evid Based Complement Alternat Med, MEDICINE; the average number of citations for authors and institutional analysis revealed that Xu Hao of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Mao Jingyuan of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Shang Hongcai of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine constituted the core team of researchers studying the study of TCM formulae for CHD; the keyword analysis suggests that there are mainly 42 specifically named TCM formulae for the treatment of CHD, which are classified into a total of 7 major categories, and the research direction is mainly in the clinical efficacy study of different TCM therapeutic formulae and other aspects. Conclusion: This study shows that there are more types of TCM therapeutic formulae for CHD, and the related research has a good prospect. It is foreseeable that more relevant research results will rely on the study of network pharmacology, signalling pathways, and action targets of TCM therapeutic formulae. This study aimed to develop a survival prediction model using real-world data.Patients and Methods: A total of 993 patients with treatment-naïve HCC and extrahepatic metastasis were included from 13 Korean hospitals between 2013 and 2018. Patients were randomly divided into a training set (70.0%) and a test set (30.0%). The eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm was applied to predict survival at 3, 6, and 12 months. Results: The mean age of the patients was 60.8 ± 12.3 years, and 85.4% were male. During the study period, 96.1% died, and median survival duration was 4.0 months. In multivariate analysis, Child-Pugh class, number and size of tumors, presence of vascular or bile duct invasion, lung or bone metastasis, serum AFP, and primary anti-HCC treatment were associated with survival. We constructed a model for survival prediction based on the relevant variables, which is available online (https://metastatic-hcc.onrender.com/form). Our model demonstrated high performance, with areas under the receiver operating characteristic curves of 0.778, 0.794, and 0.784 at 3, 6, and 12 months, respectively. Feature importance analysis indicated that the primary anti-HCC treatment had the highest importance. Conclusion: We developed a model to predict the survival of patients with HCC and extrahepatic metastasis, which demonstrated good discriminative ability. Our model would be helpful for personalized treatment and for improving the prognosis. Keywords: liver neoplasms, prognosis, survival rate, probability, algorithms

Qualitative investigation at an individual level related may help define patient expectations and therapeutic targets. Therefore, we aimed to explore this concept in exercising females of reproductive age. Methods: Exercising females (n = 403) who either (a) were currently experiencing iron deficiency, or (b) have experienced iron deficiency in the past were included. A survey comprising open-ended text response questions explored three ‘domains’: (1) the impact of iron deficiency, (2) the impact of iron tablet supplementation (where applicable), and (3) the impact of iron infusion treatment (where applicable). Questions were asked about training, performance, and recovery from exercise. Survey responses were coded according to their content, and sentiment analysis was conducted to assess responses as positive, negative, or neutral. Results: Exercising females showed negative sentiment toward iron deficiency symptoms (mean range = − 0.94 to − 0.81), with perception that fatigue significantly impacts performance and recovery. Iron therapies were perceived to improve energy, performance, and recovery time. Participants displayed a strong positive sentiment (mean range = 0.74 to 0.79) toward iron infusion compared to a moderately positive sentiment toward oral iron supplementation (mean range = 0.44 to 0.47), with many participants perceiving that oral iron supplementation had no effect. Conclusion: In Australia, women prefer an iron infusion in treatment of iron deficiency compared to oral iron. Keywords: Iron deficiency, Women’s health, iron supplementation, iron supplementation preference, adherence, sentiment

We aimed to explore the association of dietary behaviors with poor sleep quality and increased risk of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in military men on active duty.Patients and Methods: A large-scale multi-site cross-sectional survey was conducted in five units of the Republic of Korea’s army. Poor sleep quality and increased risk of OSA were defined using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and Berlin Questionnaire, respectively. Information on dietary behaviors, including the frequency of skipping breakfast, eating snacks, consuming a night meal, and overeating, were collected. Results: From August 2021 to September 2021, 4389 male respondents, mean age (20.8 ± 1.3 years), completed the survey; 2579 (58.8%) were assessed as having poor sleep quality, and 614 (14.0%) increased risk of OSA. After adjusting for lifestyle and occupational covariates, skipping breakfast 1– 2 times weekly was associated with an increased likelihood of experiencing poor sleep quality, compared with not skipping breakfast (odds ratio: 1.23 [95% CI 1.02– 1.47]). Eating night meals 5– 6 times weekly was also associated with poor sleep quality (odds ratio: 5.54 [95% CI 2.49– 14.18]). In addition, skipping breakfast daily (odds ratio: 2.28 [95% CI 1.27– 4.03]) and eating night meals daily (odds ratio: 2.30 [95% CI 1.21– 4.22]) were related to an increased risk of OSA.Conclusion: Dietary behaviors appear to be related to poor sleep quality and a high risk of OSA. To improve sleep quality, dietary factors could be considered when promoting health programs for military personnel in further research. Keywords: sleep, dietary behavior, insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, military
