    Abstract (English): The industrial sector is very important in the Egyptian economy. Because it is one of the pillars of the process of economic and social development in both developed and developing countries to the extent that it has become an indicator of economic progress. Industry plays a major role in providing job opportunities, reducing unemployment problems, reducing dependence on imports and supporting export capacities. TQM is very important in competitive marketing strategies at the plant level, on the one hand, and at the state level, on the other. Quality is a determinant of the behavior of a class of consumers, so businesses have to offer high-quality goods and services that are competitive in the marketplaceAlthough it is important to apply quality management systems in food industries in public institutions in Egypt, there are some human, technical, administrative and technological obstacles to applying quality systems. Therefore, the problem of research lies in the inability of local products to compete with imported products of high quality. The aim of the research is to apply the principles of total quality to the performance of Egyptian food processing. As well as the impact of the application of these principles on the quality of food products. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the analytical method used in the field study was used. Simple and Multiply Regression equations were used, in addition to reliability analysis. The most important of these was stability analysis using the Alpha-Cornbach alpha coefficient, The correlation coefficient Correlation Factor for Person, Spearman-Brown, and Guttman was used. The five-digit lycarte was used to measure the response to the axes of the study axes. The most important results1. The value of the products of the food industry as an average during the period (2013- 2017) was estimated at 71.5 billion pounds for the number of establishments in this industry estimated at 4725 establishments. 2 - The results showed that discouraging and motivating workers towards quality control was one of the most important human obstacles with an average of 4.35. 3 - It is clear that the non-use of raw materials of high quality does not help the company to produce a competitor product internally and externally and working on the low quality was one of the most important technical obstacles with an average of 4.15. 4 - It was found that the lack of management experience in quality programs and certificates was one of the most important administrative obstacles with an average of 4.155 - It is clear that the management of the company believes that quality is determined by meeting the needs of consumers has occupied this paragraph the first place of the use of focus on the consumer. 6. The results showed that the Department emphasized that consumers were the most important element in their objectives and ranked first in the use of the commitment of senior management to quality. 7. It was found that the company was interested in its procurement regulations for suppliers with lower prices, regardless of quality, which ranked first in the use of the hub of operational procedures. Recommendations1. The need to develop a more effective strategy from the factory management to encourage and motivate employees towards quality control2 - The need to develop specialized training and qualification programs in the field of quality control. 3. The research recommends allocating part of its expenses to scientific research and development, and taking advantage of the advantages of technological superiority and the consequent increase in the volume of production 2in quantity and quantity. 4. It is essential that management be aware that dealing with problems is not perceived as a criticism of weakness but rather that problems should be viewed as opportunities for improvement and improvement.
