She has led hospital-wide and system-wide efforts to improve patient care across the Mass General Brigham health care system.; Madelyn Pearson, DNP, RN, NEA-BC , is senior vice president of Patient Care Services and chief nursing officer at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, MA. Under her leadership, the hospital has received numerous honors and accolades. Pearson influences nursing practice and leadership regionally and nationally in her roles outside of the Brigham.; Mallika Mendu, MD, MBA, is associate chief medical officer and vice president of medical affairs at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, MA.
