مستخلص: Oligodontia, or the congenital absence of teeth, can occur in isolation or as part of a syndrome. This study describes a case of isolated oligodontia associated with conical teeth and large diastemas in the anterior region. The patient was treated using direct composite resin restorations. Recent improvements in adhesive restorative materials allow practitioners to offer this low-cost, conservative esthetic treatment, which has the advantage of preserving sound dental structures, to patients with missing teeth.
