مستخلص: Treatment of chronic peripheral ischemic wounds in patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) can be technically challenging, especially if they have significant hip contracture. This article describes the endovascular aortoiliac revascularization of a paraplegic patient with hip contracture and a hostile abdomen. It also reviews the particularity of the peripheral arterial system in SCI patients.
