مستخلص: Ulnar Collateral Ligament (UCL) injuries are the most common thumb metacarpophalangeal joint ligamentinjury. Rehabilitation protocols traditionally permit return to sport at 12 weeks post-surgery. In this article, we propose anacellerated rehabilitation protocol permitting return to sport at 5-6 post-surgery in the recreational athlete.
