مستخلص: Key Points: Primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) is a complex diagnosis without a universal diagnostic test Clinicians must have some skepticism of historic diagnoses of PCD Clinicians should consider a diagnosis of PCD in patients with recalcitrant disease.
