مستخلص: We present a rare case of Lymphoplasmacytic Lymphoma/Waldenström Macroglobulinemia (LPL/WM) diagnosed in a 65-year-old female initially presenting with recurrent bilateral epistaxis. Despite multiple cauterizations and a history of ineffective conventional treatments, comprehensive evaluations led to the diagnosis, underscoring the critical need for thorough investigation in persistent epistaxis cases, particularly when standard approaches fail. This case emphasizes the importance of considering indolent lymphomas in the differential diagnosis of recurrent epistaxis and showcases the diagnostic pathway leading to successful identification and treatment of a rare etiology.
