مستخلص: | Over the past few years, there has been growing interest in the ability of insect larvae to convert various organic side-streams containing mycotoxins into insect biomass that can be used as animal feed. Various studies have examined the effects of exposure to aflatoxin B Competing Interests: Declaration of Competing Interest The authors declare the following financial interests/personal relationships which may be considered as potential competing interests: J.J.A. van Loon, E.F. Hoek- van den Hil, H.J. van der Fels-Klerx report that financial support was provided by Nederlandse Organisatie voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek Utrecht.
