| مستخلص: | The author examined 198 patients with chronic ischemic heart disease among whom 78 had attacks of cardiac fibrillation. Atrial VCG and ECG were recorded in all patients. It is established that there are two main types of changes in the atrial myocardium, hemodynamic and arrhythmic, which may lead to the development of cardiac fibrillation. The appearance of VCG changes of the second type in patients with sinus rhythm indicates that there is danger of the development of cardiac fibrillation. |
