| مستخلص: | The article presents a study which shows the surgical technique for management of intertrochanteric hip fractures in above-knee amputee. Procedures include transferring the patient to the table, positioning the groin posts, and flexing the contralateral lower limb. The basic trauma surgical principles applied and the inexpensive materials used in the technique are also discussed. |
