مستخلص: Organizations are focusing on inclusive practices and integrating its interventions, systems, and processes to capitalize on the potential valuable human resource. We explore that how organizational interventions in Indian context shape the experience of inclusion among women in the workplace. The single case study method was followed and semi-structured interviews were done in an Indian multinational steel - making company. Our findings indicate that sexual harassment policies may be doing more harm than good and therefore hinder inclusion. Further, gender stereotype and the image of an ideal worker comes in the way of integrated worker hampering inclusion. Drawing from the theories of gendered organization and social role theory of gender, propositions are suggested and practical implications of the study are discussed along with recommendations for future research.
