| Abstract (English): |
The research aims to determine the role of business unit strategy dimensions in strengthening the processes of strategic decisions during a prospective study of the views of managers Ready Mode Wear factory Walady MOSUL. the business unit strategy of concepts that figured in the book Strategic Management, which stems from the company's overall strategy.and the limited studies that have looked at the relationship and influence between these variables in the Iraqi environment within for researchers, it ensures their research present these variables in an attempt to study the relationship and influence between them.In general, research attempts to answer the question about the following: what is the nature of relationships influence and link between the business unit's strategy elements in strengthening operations strategy decisions?. The research has come to a set of conclusions including: check the presence of correlation between the moral and the impact of unit elements of business strategy and strategic decisions in the company's operations surveyed. Based on their conclusions were presented a number of recommendations are consistent with those conclusions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

يهدف البحث إلى تحديد دور استراتيجية وحدة الأعمال Treacy & Wiersema في تعزيز بعض قرارات استراتيجية العمليات من خلال دراسة استطلاعية لآراء المدراء في معمل الألبسة الجاهزة / ولدي في الموصل. وتعدّ استراتيجية وحدة الأعمال من المفاهيم التي حظيت باهتمام الكتاب في الإدارة الاستراتيجية والتي تنبع من استراتيجية الشركة الكلية. ولمحدودية الدراسات التي تناولت دور ابعاد استراتيجية الاعمال في تعزيز بعض قرارات استراتيجية العمليات في البيئة العراقية، فقد سعى الباحثنان الى تضمين بحثهم الحالي هذه الابعاد ضمن إطار شمولي في محاولة لدراسة العلاقة والتأثير بينهما. وبشكل عام يحاول البحث الاجابة عن التساؤل الاتي: ما طبيعة علاقات التاثير والارتباط بين ابعاد استراتيجية وحدة الاعمال في تعزيز بعض قرارات استراتيجية العمليات؟. وقد توصل البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات من اهمها: تحقق وجود علاقة ارتباط وتاثير معنوية بين ابعاد استراتيجية وحدة الأعمال في تعزيز بعض قرارات استراتيجية العمليات في معمل الألبسة الجاهزة/ ولدي. وبناء على تلك الاستنتاجات تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات المنسجة مع تلك الاستنتاجات.
