| Abstract (English): | The paper introduces the Imam Malik in terms of his name, ancestry, birth, educators, disciples, status, works, journeys, and death. The study also presents his book Al-Mowatta'a in terms of its title, assigning it to his author, the reason behind the title, its copying, the number of Hadiths in it, and the privacies of this book Al-Mowatta'a. Further, the study introduces the terminology used by Imam Malik in Al-Mowatta'a, and the approach applied by Imam Malik in organizing the Hadiths in the book, and the approach he used in the correction of the hadiths according to the conditions of the five Saheeh (the most authentic Hadith). The deductive method was used in this study. The results and recommendations revealed that Al-Mowatta'a of Malik is one of the first works in Sunnah, and that it is the most accurate of the Hadith books at the time. The study indicates that there are some narrators in Al-Mowatta'a who are weak, and that it has some weak Hadiths; however, these Hadiths are very few. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (Arabic): | اشتمل البحث على تعريف بالإمام مالك من حيث: اسمه، ونسبه، ومولده، وشيوخه، وتلاميذه، ومكانته، ومصنفاته، ورحلاته، ووفاته، وتعريف بالموطأ من حيث: اسمه، نسبته إلى مؤلفه، سبب تسميته بهذا الاسم، ونسخه، وعدد أحاديثه، وخصوصيات الموطأ، ومصطلحات الإمام مالك في الموطأ، والمنهج الذي اتبعه الإمام مالك في ترتيب الأحاديث داخل الكتاب، والمنهج الذي اتبعه في تصحيح الأحاديث وفق شروط الصحيح الخمسة، وقد اعتمدت في بحثي هذا على المنهج الاستنباطي، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، وأهمها: أن موطأ مالك من أوائل المصنفات في السنة، وأن الموطأ أصح كتب الحديث في زمانه، وأن هناك بعض الرواة الذين ضعّفوا في موطأ مالك، وأن الموطأ توجد به بعض الأحاديث الضعيفة ولكنها قليلة جداً.
