| Abstract (English): |
This study focuses on the subject of "scientific citation" taken from research sources, which are an essential step in scientific research and documentation. Researchers and writers depend on quotes in the formative stages of writing a research or a book. The organization, circulation, employment, absorption, placement, and inclusion of citations in the research are fundamental to the quality and relevance of scientific and academic research. The study attempts to further approach citation to understand its nature and importance to the researcher in addition to the difficulties encountered in the compilation, circulation, and usage of quotations, in addition to the scientific and practical methods employed in the notation of quotations, and guidance and recommendations related to the usage of quotations. The study tries to solicit the significance of citation to the Arab researcher and the importance of the stage of compiling scientific material and recording it in order to assess the need for an information system for its conservation and management in the present and future. To achieve these objectives, the study applies an analytical descriptive approach, using the method of systems analysis in order to reach a proposed design for Arab scientific citations database with a user guide. تركز هذه الدراسة على موضوع الاقتباسات العلمية المستقاة من المصادر المقروءة كمادة للبحث، والتي يعد تجميعها خطوة هامة على طريق البحث العلمي والتأليف الوثائقي، يعتمد عليها الباحث/ المؤلف في المراحل التكوينية لبحثه أو مؤلفه، ويعد تنظيمها وتداولها وتوطيفها واستيعابها واستثمارها وتضمينها في ثنايا البحث ركيزه أساسية لجودة البحث العلمي وأصالته، كما أن استثمارها وتوطينها مستقبلا تعطي قيمة مضافة لا تقدر بثمن. تحاول هذه الدراسة الاقتراب أكثر من الاقتباسات ئ دراك ماهيتها وأهميتها لدى الباحثين، والصعوبات التي تواجههم عند تجميعها ومن بعد ذلك تداولها واستثمارها وتوظيفها، والطرق العلمية والعملية لتدوينها، والنصائح والإرشادات المتعلقة بها، مع محاولة إدراك شعور الباحث العربي بأهميتها وأهمية مرحلة تجميع المادة العلمية وتدوينها، وتقدير مدى حاجته لنظام معلومات لحفظها ودارتها في الحاضر والمستقبل. ولتحقيق هذه الاهداف طبقت٠ الدراسة المنهح الوصفي التحليلي، مع الاستعانة باسلوب تحليل النظم لتخرج الدراسة بتصميم مقترح لقاعدة بيانات الاقتباسات العلمية العربية ودليل إرشادي لها.
