| Abstract (English): |
The study examined the status of knowledge management among academic leaders at Jordanian universities in North Jordan among (307) academic leaders who responded to questionnaire measuring the status of knowledge management among academic leaders. The study showed that the knowledge acquisition, generation, storage, development, dissemination, and distribution were moderate to high. There were statistically significant differences in status of knowledge management level among academic leaders at Jordanian universities due to the gender and rank, in favor of females and assistant professors, while no statistically significant differences were found due to type of university and experience. The study recommended the need for partnerships between public and private universities to promote knowledge management processes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

تهدف الد ا رسة التعرف إلى واقع إدارة المعرفة لدى القادة الأكاديميين في الجامعات الأردنية في شمال الأردن. وتكونت عينة الد ا رسة ( 307 ) أجابوا على مقياس واقع إدارة المعرفة لدى القادة الأكاديميين. وأظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة أن مجالات اكتساب وتوليد، وتخزين، وتطوير ونشر وتوزيع المعرفة جاء بدرجة متوسطة إلى مرتفعة. وأظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى واقع إدارة المعرفة لدى القادة الأكاديميين في الجامعات الأردنية تعزى لأثر الجنس ولصالح الإناث، تعزى لأثر الرتبة العلمية، ولصالح رتبة أستاذ مساعد وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغي ا رت نوع الجامعة والخبرة. وأوصت الد ا رسة ضرورة إيجاد ش ا ركات بين الجامعات الحكومية والخاصة لزيادة مستوى إدارة المعرفة بينها.
