Find a job in your classroom The current research is summarized in a number of points including: 1. Directors, technicians, composers, composers and songwriters in the Children's Theater. 2 - The employees of the Children's Culture and the Department of Arts benefit the Department of Cinema and Theater. Consequently - Reveal the artistic recruitment of the directed song in theater performances for a child. - Reveal the educational recruitment of the song The chapter included the limits of research, which were determined objectively in the theater performances presented at the Children's Theater Festival in Iraq Baghdad, and temporally for the period (2005 - 2015). This chapter also includes the definition of the following terms (employment, technical recruitment, educational recruitment, singing, ) t he second chapter was devoted to the theoretical framework of research and previous studies in it and discussed it. It included three topics, the first topic dealt with education and the arts, the second topic dealt with the artistic construction of the song in the children's theater, the third dealt with the child's theater, the chapter ended with the presentation of the previous studies, Which resulted from theoretical framework and previous studies . In the third chapter, the researcher defined the research methodology and procedures and identified the research society which included (11) theatrical performances that used the song in its scenes. The researcher randomly selected his sample by typing the names of the presentations on paper clips each session separately, 3) Theatrical performances, these performances are: 1 - The play (roses and secret cluster): Faleh Hussein Abdullah and directed by: Hussein Ali Saleh 2- The play "Letbtem" by: Muhannad Al-Mukhtar Directed by: Bakr Nayef. 3 - Play (Shibek Lebek) Composed by: Hussein Ali Harf. o achieve the goal of the research, the researcher built a research tool, which consisted of (a form of analysis of the artistic and educational functions of the song directed at the theater performances of the child), consisting of (13) paragraphs for the technical functions and (13) paragraph for the educational functions and presented to a group of experts to identify its validity and measure the research objective (10) for the functions of technical and (10) for educational functions, as well as measuring the stability and used the equation (Holsti) to find the coefficient of agreement between the arbitrators (analysts), and included the chapter analysis of samples of theatrical performances according to several rules and steps for analysis The fourth chapter was devoted to the most important conclusions reached by the researcher in the light of the results, including: 1 - The songs contributed to clarify and simplify the educational and cognitive values contained in theatrical text through its technical and educational functions? 2 - Most of the theater performances achieved compatibility between the technical and educational components of singing and ways of employment with elements of theatrical presentation. 3 - The songs of most of the scenes of theatrical performances a clear and quick interaction of the recipient (the child) by clapping or dancing or singing. 4 - The song has a significant impact and clear on the recipient (child), so that it saves quickly and by the frequency during the show or even after. 5 - The songs used in theatrical performances can maintain the element of suspense in the (receiver) and stir up his feelings throughout the show. Based on the conclusions reached by the researcher, I recommend the following: 1 - The researcher recommends that the song should play a major role in theatrical performances that are presented in the theater of the child and give them a large area as it is one of the most important elements of the support in the theater and the most influential impact on the recipient. 2 - the necessity of providing the necessary productive capabilities for the purpose of recording (songs) of the plays in order to perform the role of artistic play in the theater, which is a basic requirement not theatrical production - Organizing workshops to teach children theater representatives (adults and young people) the art of singing and music under the supervision of specialized professors to benefit from their voices in the art works. The researcher proposes the following studies: 1 - Artistic and educational recruitment of songs in television programs for children. 2 - Artistic and educational recruitment of the song in puppet shows The research included a list of Arabic and foreign sources and references, and a summary in English. البحث التي تحددت بالسوال التالي :( هل هناك توظيف فني وتربوي للاءغنية العوجهة في ع^ض مسرح الطفل؟) تتخص أهمية البحث الحعي بمجموعة من النقاط منها : ١-يفيد المخرجين والفنيين والمولفين الموسيقيين والملحنين وكتاب الأغاني في مسرح الطفل ٠ ٢-يفيد العامين في دارثقافة الاطفل ودائرة الفنون الموسيقية دائرة السينما والمسرح. وبناء على ذلك يهدف البحث الحالي إلى ما ياتي : -الكشف عن التوظيف الفني للاءغنية الموجهة في ء^ض مسرح لطق____ل٠ -الكشف عن التوظيف التربوي للاءغنية الموجهة في ء^ض مسرح الطفل. وضم الفصل حدود البحث التي تحددت موضوعياء في ا^وض المسرحية المقدمة في مهرجان مسرح الطفل في العراق بغداد، وزمنيا للمدة من (٢٠٠٥ — ٢٠١٥ م) ، وضم هذا الفصل ايضا تعريف المصطلحات التعية (التوظيف، التوظيف الفني، التوظيف التربوي، الغناء ، مسرح الطفل) اما الفصل الثاني فقد خصص للاطار النظري للبحث والدراسات السابقة فيه ومناقشتها، إذ تضمن ثلاثة مباحث، تناول المبحث الاول التربية والفنون، وتناول المبحث الثاني البناء الفني للاءغنية في مسرح الطفل، فيما تناول المبحث الثلث مسرح الطفل، واختتم الفصل بعرض الدراسات السابقة ومناقشتها واهم الموشرات التي اسفر عنها الاطار النظري والدراسات السابقة ٠ في الفصل الثالث قام الباحث بتحديد منهج البحث واجراءاته وتحديد مجتمع البحث الذي تضمن《١٨) عرضاء مسرحياء التي استخدمت الاغنية في مشاهدها، واختار الباحث عينة بحثه بشكل عشوائي بطريقة كتابة أسماء العروض على قصاصات من الولآ كل دورة على حدة، إذ بلغت العينة (3) صض مسرحية، وهذه ١لعروض هي : ١ - مسرحية (و^د وسر العنقود):فحح حسين العبد الله وإخراج : حسين علي صالح ٢- مسرحية (لنبتسم) تاليف : تفيف : مهند المختار وإخراج : بكر نايف ٠ 3-مسرحية《شبيك لبيك) تفيف : تيف واخراج : حسين علي هارف ٠ ولتحقيق هدفا البحث قام الباحث ببناء أداة بحثه تمغت د (استمارة تحليل الوظائف الفنية والتربوية للاءغنية الموجهة في عروض مسرح الطفل) تكونت من (١3) فقرة للوظائف الفنية و《١3) فقرة للوظائف التربوية وعرضت عنى مجموعة من الخبراء للتعرف على صلاحيتها وقياس هدفا البحث اللذين وضعا لأجله فاصبحت《١٠) فقرات للوذنائف الفنية و《١٠) للوظائف التربوية، كذلك قياس ثباتها واستعملت معادلة《هولستي) لايجاد معامل الاتفق بين المحكمين《المحللين) ، وكذلك تضمنت الفصل تحليل عينات العروض المسرحية وفق عدة قواعد وخطوات للتحليل أما الفصل الرابع فقد كان مخصصا لاهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها الباحث على ضوء النتائج ومنها: ١ — أسهمت الاغاني في توضيح وتبسيط القيم التربوية والمعرفية المتضمنة في النص المسرحي عن طريق وظائفه الفنية والتربوية؟ ٢ — إن اغلب العروض المسرحية حققت العواقعة بين المكونات الغنية والتربوية للغتاء وطنق توظيفها مع عناصر العرض المسرحي. 3 - حققت اغاني اغلب مشاهد العروض المسرحية تفاعل واضح وسريع لدى المتلقي (الطش) عن طرٌق التصفيق او الرقص او المشاركة بالغناء. 4 - إن الاغنية لها تثير كبير وواضح على المتلقي (الطفل) ، بحيث يقوم بحفنله سريعا وبترديده اثناء العرض او حتى بعده. ٥ - استطاعت الاغاني المستخدمة في العروض المسرحية ان تحافظ على عنصر التشويق لدى (المتلقي) واثارة مشاعره على مدار العرض. وبناءا على الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليه الباحث اوصي بالآتي : ١ - يوصي الباحث بان يكون للاءغنية دور رئيسي في العروض المسرحية التي تقدم في مسرح الطفل ومنحها مساحة واسعة كونها تعد من اهم العناصر الساندة في العرض المسرحي واكثرها تاثيرا على المتلقي. ٢ - ضرورة توفير الامكانات الانتاجية اللازمة لغرض تسجيل (الاغاني) للمسرحيات بما يودي اداء دورها الفني في العرض المسرحي والتي تعتبر من المتطلبات الاساسية لا نتاج العرض المسرحي 3 - اقامة ورشات تدريبية لتعليم ممثلي مسرح الطفل《الكبار والصغار) فن الغناء والموسيقى باشراف اساتذة مختصين للاستفادة من اصواتهم في الاعمال الفنية. بذلك يقترح الباحث إجراء الدراسات الآتية ما يلي : ١ - التوظيف الفني والتربوي للاءغاني في البرامج التلفزيونية الموجهة للاءطفو. ٢ - التوظيف الفني والتربوي للاءغنية في ص١ض مسرح الدمى.
