مستخلص: The experimental procedure for the synthesis of undoped Na SB 0.5 sb Bi SB 0.5 sb TiO SB 3 sb and Fe-doped Na SB 0.5 sb Bi SB 0.5 sb TiO SB 3 sb was as follows: First, sodium nitrate, bismuth nitrate pentahydrate, and iron nitrate were completely dissolved in acetic acid and distilled water. The changed Raman spectra frequencies of Fe-doped Na SB 0.5 sb Bi SB 0.5 sb TiO SB 3 sb at the Ti-O band provided solid evidence that Fe is substituted at the Ti site. Therefore, we posited that the room temperature ferromagnetism of Fe-doped Na SB 0.5 sb Bi SB 0.5 sb TiO SB 3 sb compounds resulted from the exchange splitting of transition metal ions at octahedral sites and/or enhancement via oxygen vacancies. To investigate the origin of ferromagnetism in Fe-doped Na SB 0.5 sb Bi SB 0.5 sb TiO SB 3 sb samples, the first principle calculation was performed for Na SB 0.5 sb Bi SB 0.5 sb TiO SB 3 sb and Na SB 0.5 sb Bi SB 0.5 sb Ti SB 0.9375 sb Fe SB 0.0625 sb O SB 3 sb samples.
