| Abstract (English): |
This paper investigates the role of faculties of administrative and economic sciences in the creation of innovative, creative and entrepreneurial graduates in the Palestinian universities. The paper looks at some of the different perspectives on entrepreneurship education, with an emphasis on several entrepreneurship education trends in higher education institutions in Palestine. To achieve this, the researchers developed a tool for collecting the required data (a questionnaire) that was verified, validated, and then distributed to a sample of 97 faculty members representing 81% of the study population. To analyze the collected data, the researchers used the descriptive statistics indicators, in addition to quantitative statistics methods such as multiple regression analysis, independent samples t - test, ANOVA and variance analysis test. The results showed that the contribution of the faculties of administrative and economic sciences in the creation of innovative, creative and entrepreneurial graduates in the Palestinian universities was medium. The results also found no significant differences in the degree of contribution of the faculties of administrative and economic sciences in the entrepreneurial empowerment attributed to the variables of university education level and position. Meanwhile, differences were found in the variable of “specialization of the faculty member”. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

هدفت الدراسة إلء معونة دور كلياق النوم الإدارية والاقتصادية في صنع الريادة واءدبداع لدى الحللبة الخريجين في الجامعات الفلسحلينية. ولتحقيق. ذلك طؤر الباحفان أداة لجحع البيانات اللازمة (استبانة) تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وزعت بعد ذلك على عينة بلغ حجمها (97) عفو؛ من اعباء هيئة التدريس في كيات العلوم الإدارية والاقتصادية. اي ما نسبته(%81) من مجتمع الدراسة. وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها تبين أن درجة اسهام كليات العلوم الإدارية والاقتصادية في ابجامعات الفلسحلينية بالتمكين الجامع. كانت بد١ جة هتوسحلة٠ وان درجة توافر الريادة والإبداع لدى حللبة كليات العلوم اءددارية والاقتحادية فع الجامعات ابفلسحلينية كانت بدرجة متوسحلة. كما تبين وجود اثر دال إحصائيا لدرجة إسهام كليات العلوم اءلإدارية والاقتصادية في الجامعات الفلسحلينية بالتمكين الجامعي لبني (توفير ادوات بناء المهارات الريادية وتعزيزها. وتعزيز الاتجاهات الإيجابية) في درجة الريادة والإبداع لدى الحللبه. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة توافر الريادة والإبداع لدى حللبة كليات العلوم الإدارية والاقتصادية في الجامعات الفلسطينية. تعزى لمتاير الجامعة والمؤمل العلمي ونوع الونليغة. في حين تبين وجود فروق, تعزى لمتفير نخصص عصو هيئة التدريس.
